At 9 o'clock this morning the Smith Report into Scottish Devolution was published. Established by. David Cameron just after the referendum on September 18th, the Smith Commission has looked at a range of proposals for devolution, and the report details its findings, which will form the basis of any new devolution legislation.
Broadly, what are your reactions to the report? Is it too much, or not enough? Has it been rushed, or is it a case of the sooner the better? Please refrain from simply re-running the Independence argument, but rather look more closely at the specific issues surrounding devolution and federalisation.
A BBC summary of the report can be found here, while the Report itself can be found in full here.
