How does your nation treat Atheists?

For those of you who may not know, Atheists are the fastest growing religious minority in the world. Yet they are also the most distrusted. studies have shown that people trust Atheists almost as much as Rapists, five states in the US ban Atheists from holding public office, and there are 13 countries in the world where being a non-beliver is punishable by death. How does your nation treat those of no faith?

Given that Vudnia is a completely secular nation and religions are banned, Atheists are the majority. But, if our nation ever perfects trans-dimensional travel, we'd like to know how our people would be treated, should they ever visit your nation.

Our nation consists mainly of atheists. There are religious minorities, but we Skins treat them fairly unless they attack us.

Since the government is secular, no group within the nation gets special treatment or is discriminated against. The public tends to not bias religion, or relatively oppress others. The only type of atheist that is not liked are Militant ones. They may be viewed as "Needed" in other, more religious nations; but here, it's viewed as a sign of disrespect to actively search for argument for/against religion.

The Dominion, however, frowns upon atheism due to the fact that the leadership believes that some higher power created the universe, but not a traditional view of "God".

In Au Natural Reina, we tend to be heavily religious and follow the traditions we've always known in our tribes. Atheism hasn't really been a thing we've known of until human kingdoms arrived on our lands. Those human kingdoms are either atheist or have their own religious beliefs. Either way we despise pretty much all humans at this time for enslaving our people.

We have decided Equines who choose to be atheists are being misled into betraying us. Those who refuse to stick with our beliefs are considered outcasts. We will not hunt them down in case they decide to return to us, but until then we will reject them any of our support. They will also have to go through risky tasks in order to rejoin us.

It is completely legal to be an atheist. ~95% of the country adheres to some religion, so atheists aren't as culturally accepted. Anyway, since we're not a strange histrionic crypto-theocracy, nobody here would confess to such silly views. Some people involve themselves in religious activities out of genuine belief, curiosity or, more usually, the desire for a sense of cultural participation, and many people don't involve themselves at all. In any case, a person's faith is an entirely private matter and it's considered, at best, gauche and unsophisticated to insist upon it. If someone does become known as an atheist, it's unimaginable that this would harm their standing in any way whatsoever.

While the religious demographics in Insaeldor do favor Christians with 70% of the nation being christian but our attitudes towards religion or the lack of it are fairly indifferent. An atheist can live a normal life without issue as the majority of oriole here don't care about your faith but rather the actions you take. It is supposed to be, but the five states in question have such a huge evangelical christian population the laws were passed anyway. There are organizations working to repeal those laws though.
