How should the DUPs actions be dealt with? How big of a cunt is Gregory Campbell?
I'm inclined to say that the current status quo is acceptable for a language which is barely existent any more and thrives primarily because of its non-official rebellious status. Gregory Campbell certainly is a cunt of enormous proportions and the sanctions against his behaviour should have been significantly more than a single day off particularly as it had zero impact on him whatsoever.

They need to learn that Ulster is British and not Irish.

The status of Northern Ireland as a member of the UK does not in any way preclude the use of the Irish language.

Not really sure why the Ulster Scots would feel the need to speak Irish. If there were any language act, it would make more sense to preserve Scots.

They being the Irish Nationalists.
Most of the people from Ulster want to be in the UK so how likely is it that they will vote for putting a language which hardly anyone speaks on an equal footing with English, a much more widely spoken language? It's never going to happen
