Alcohol is completely legal in Alizeria.

The only restrictions on it are that off licenses must close by 11pm, and bars and liquor stores cannot be open on a Sunday.

There was also a highly unpopular tax on alcohol of 15%, however since then there has been a sales tax introduced on all products making this less unusual.

There is no minimum drinking age in Alizeria. It's also fully legal to drink and drive, hence why caution on Alizerian roads is very much advised.

It's normal for Melvonians of every age and occupation to spend their days gently sozzled and their nights all-out blotto. Production, sale and consumption of alcohol is unregulated - though the Ducal Office of Internal Affairs has been known to intervene based on the nation's strict consumer protection laws in cases where the widespread craze for Extra-Cold Antifreeze Breezers left a number of unwary drunks temporarily blind and/or psychotic.

Alcohol is completely legal. However it is regulated, most especially in the western province.

The distribution and/or sale of alcohol is illegal and whilst technically the consumption of it isn't, you will be charged with conspiracy to sell/distribute it; if it is in your possession.

Consuming alcohol is completely legal, while producing it requires a state licence (which is relatively easy to get, you just need to prove that your product is worth trying and not misleading).

Alcohol, vodka especially, is seen as a common component of Russian culture, and there is even an entire subculture devoted to it in the lower districts of our cities. While it isn't a social taboo to refrain from drinking it, you'll get a few funny looks if you go around proselytising that it's morally bad, and you might even be shortlisted for Thought Reassignment by the NKVB.

Legal and so far the highest consumed recreational drug, the 2nd is coffee.
Vodka, German beer and rice wine are all popular here. You must be above 15 to drink alcohol, but many 14 and 13 students tend to violate it.....
You may NOT drive after drinking. Drunk-caused silly behaviour is despised in public. Bars are often checked by the secret police.
