Blank spots everywhere (Glitch?)

So this happened when I tried to go on my nation's page:

Almost everything disappeared. Half the sidebar is missing too.

I disabled NS++ to see if that would fix the problem but it didn't...

Can someone please help me figure out what's going on here?

Looks normal on my machnie. Cache failure? Try a <Ctrl><F5> to refresh your cache. If that doesn't work, try closing your browser and/or rebooting.

Okay, while the cache refresh didn't work, closing my browser then reopening did...

I'm still wondering how that happened though. :L
