IC Info: TL;DR verson of Nekronia: Authoritarian government with elements of the USSR and national socialism. Everyone works for the government, and buys from the government, obsoleting taxes as the money does not leave the country, save for government buying of items of foreign nations. Military is advanced but unconventional, focusing on infantry and psychological warfare. Primary method of national income is export of armaments and other war-related items.

There is no "Official Language" but most signs, literature, and government business happens in a mélange of mostly English and Japanese, with occasional bits of French, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, and Arabic thrown in. Children are raised to be fluent in English and Japanese, and must develop basic literacy and fluency in at least three others to graduate high school (which usually occurs around age 12-13).

• Additional languages may be granted Tier One Official Language status if spoken fluently by at least five percent of citizens and legal permanent residents as their native language. Additional languages may be granted Tier Two Official Language status if a living natural language’s origin within the Holy Parhic Empire cannot be traced outside the country’s current borders. Additional languages may be granted Tier Three Official Language status if spoken by at least one hundred thousand citizens and legal permanent residents as their native language or spoken fluently by descendants of people who spoke the said language as their native language. Note: Slave population irreverent in calculations.
• All paperwork and government websites must be made available in all official languages and all official documents of the Holy Parhic Empire must be written in all official languages; in cases of conflict English has override. The Holy Parhic Empire must appoint and create language regulators for every official language or officially adhere to an existing language regulator; the latter may only be done with Tier Three Official Languages as Tier One Official Languages and Two Official Languages require indigenous language regulators.
• All public signs must be written in all Tier One Official Languages as well as any language spoken by at least ten percent of the bezirk. All Tier One Official Languages must be taught as part of the country’s compulsory education. With exceptions in certain visa categories, all immigrants must past fluency tests in any one of the Tier One Languages, English Sign Language, or Korean/Parhic Sign Language. All other duties not covered fall under the scope of strictly the Tier One Official Languages until courts rule against on a case by case basis.
• A language may only lose official status five years after it is proven to be, and continue to be, extinct within the nation in a statute approved by both the head of state and head of governor, all houses of legislature by super majority in each, and highest court (meaning any two of the three must reach an agreement for).

Telugu, the language of the expat Indian Telugu population has the most speakers of any non constructed nonofficial language. Controversy over whether constructed languages meeting requirements should be given official status.
