A vote in our House of Representatives and Senate on the Declaration of Isolation was passed in both houses by all parties. The Elector Primo, Levi Dean, will be revoked the power to declare foreign policy until 3 years. Congress will be making all foreign policy if needed. Foreign Policy has been put on the end on the nation's To-Do list. Until the 3 years pass the Grand Republic of Antarctica will not be involved in any wars unless this Declaration of Isolation is nullified by further documents or amended by further statements.

As the United Soviet States of Petrokovia understands it, Antarcteca is not actually turning isolationist-they are just declaring neutrality, and will continue international relations in the form of trade, tourism, and immigration. Petrokovia would like to uphold all nations' right to stay out of international conflict. However, if Petrokovia has misunderstood this declaration, we ask that other nations clarify.

However, if Antarcteca is actually declaring isolationism, the USSP will condemn their actions, and cease any and all trade with them (though in this case, I guess they would have already beat me to it ).

Unfortunately, most of that land is gonna be frozen wasteland. Either way, this isn't a waggling festival. Either way, there are easier lands to subjugate, but any revenge attack on the Muinordgrad will be returned tenfold.

The Congress of the Grand Republic of Antarctica has now ceased isolation. This period of isolation was to recover all of our military and to fix all our political problems. This 'isolationism' was meant to cease military action. Now we are back, and stronger than ever. We have gained a GDP of 108.73 Trillion. Our economy is overflowing with profit. The ADF and FWO (Antarctica, Petrovakia, and UMU and other minority nations) are now planning on coming back to the world stage. Our military used to contain 13.04 Million but now with the investment of the Antarctic Trading Company, we have grown significantly from 13.04 Million to 14.08 Million. Although 2/5 of this is reserve the rest will serve Antarctica's interests and protect the people's rights. Our population has grown from 650 Million to 912 Million. As our states in South America begin to clear space and create homes, jobs, and infrastructure the Homeland (Antarctic Continent) has build two more universities, James University, and, Arturo University. James University being a high class university with the greatest teachers on the globe and Arturo University being a Military Academy.

All of this has been done thanks to our end in military intervention, now that we open our military, we will begin our relations.

Our Navy has grown from 789 to 1,021. Our Air Force has grown from about 11,500 to 14,980. Now with our money we are expanding our influence.

Pax Antarctica has ended. We now rise above the horizon to begin our campaigns.
