All members of the I.C.L. are encouraged to be a part of the W.E.O. to help Orbis become more advance with one another. The 1st Convening is in the Capital of Ahrana; Peterburi, Ahrana. Each Nation on Orbis should send a representative to Peterburi to participate and to recognize there Nation. Dimitri Roma, which is also the Ahranaian Ambassador to Davincia and Representative to the I.C.L. will be the Chairmen and Representative of Ahrana and of the W.E.O., The W.E.O. will help each nation of this great world of ours grow and become not a poor world but an equal world.

To celebrate the creation of this new tribunal, Premier Sozin has selected an ambassador to represent our country in Ahrana. His name is Vladimir Chornukov, former adviser of the late Garentialtia Belhakes. With that said, which issue shall this newborn organization handle first? Orbis has a great deal of potential that we Northern Davincians are excited to discover. However, as one of the leading members of the I.C.L., our ambassador will also be checking this organization regularly to ensure it meets international law and the standards set by the I.C.L.

Not only that, but these standards have also improved through the services provided by Premier Sozin. We are offended that our southern neighbor would dare use such an insult and claim it legitimate diplomacy. This will surely result in increased trade taxes, among other punishments. Northern Davincia requests a heightened trade partnership with Ahrana to compensate for our delivered justice.

The W.E.O. Will and is requesting that the Northern Davincian Government to allow overseers just to be sure, but the Ahranaian Government will accept the trade enlightenment. The W.E.O. dose not want Northern Davincia to believe that their nation is being picked out of the entire world.

The World Economic Organisation will send a group of Observers beginning with Northern Davincia then moving down from there, if any nation denies the W.E.O. access they will force their way in.

Thus, the topic should at least be entertained, and a vote in the chamber will decide whether we take action against human rights abuses in Orbis.
Furthermore, the usage of the Davincian logue will only be beneficial to Davincia, as investments using the logue will strengthen the logue and weaken other currencies. Instead, Mr. Narayan proposes that a new, universal currency be created that is used only in trade, and is tied to a precious, but abundant, metal. This new currency will not be adopted by any nation, but will instead work as a trade currency to avoid the fiscal pitfalls of using the strongest currency in the world.
Lastly, the purpose of the WEO is not to take sides in conflicts, and as such, North Davincia will not be required to pay for any damage done to Davincia, especially since Davincia defeated North Davincia. Any money given will be given equally to the belligerents by the WEO to aid in the reconstruction of both countries, which lets them retain their national sovereignty in regards to how the money is spent in either country. Mr. Narayan urges all member nations to not bring with them any personal conflicts into the WEO or ICL, so as to not hinder the diplomatic process.

All proposals in this statement are up for deliberation by the World Economic Association.

Isaciaria speaks truth in his address to the W.E.O. Past conflicts have already been settled through more private peace talks between Davincia and ourselves before, and we are offended that the central superpower of Orbis would dare bring up the idea of enforcing the usage of its own currency upon the U.C.S.R. While Northern Davincia is heavily reliant on our own form of the Davincian logue (for cultural reasons) it is unjust to suggest that the economically misfit countries of this world should be driven further into poverty. We are a nation that relies on the workmanship of our citizens, rather than the greedy bureaucrats of Davincia. Our economy continues to suffer while the wealthier countries we call neighbors avoid all forms of work altogether!

This is a peaceful region! And, within it, a peaceful organisation! The WEO is meant to strengthen the economies of poor-off countries. It is NOT however, a fight club for the Davincias to duke-it-out over politics. If we are going to get things done, and achieve our true goal that Isaciaria has proposed, then no amount of self-promotion of hypocrisy is required! We will not let a war brew out of such a beneficial organisation as this one. It would be quite a waste. Our nation holds strong bonds with both Davincias, and feels torn that our allies must quarrel. If we can't stop this here, then take it to the ICL. Or, if you must, the battlefield!

As for the proposal made by Isaciaria about an Orbis bank, I believe it is a splendid idea. Once we find a reliable metal source to forge the currency from, all we need is an official changing chart for all currencies of Orbis, and of course: a name.

A study conducted about the so-called "socialist paradise" has confirmed that Northern Davincia does not allow the means of production to be controlled by the proletariat, permits a large private sector to influence their economy, and forbids any resemblance to democracy via the rule of Premier Sozin and his totalitarian regime.

On another note, the Isaciarian delegate has proposed calling the new currency the Royal, and setting it at a rate of R 1 = $ 0.1, which would allow all economically disadvantaged nations to purchase anything, without a loss to them. Furthermore, with the creation of a new bank, the delegate of Isaciaria calls for all nations with a strong economy, determined by the currency rate. Should the currency rate of the nation be 1 local currency = >$1, those countries are obliged to contribute $10,000,000 to the bank. As it now stands, the countries that are obliged to contribute to the WEO Bank are; Davincia, Isaciaria, Santa Palma, South New Caledonia, and the Dictatorship of Marc the Great.
Once again, the WEO Bank would be headed by Isaciaria, and located in Ahrana. The delegate of Isaciaria urges a vote on this matter so a decision can be reached as soon as possible.

There is no explanation for the purpose of these authority teams. If this is a diplomatic trip, then it is legal. If this is a matter of a World Orbis Bank, then such authority teams can be rejected by the hosting nation. Davincia, after further forethought, claims neutrality on the proposal for a world bank. It is possible that such an idea would devalue international currencies and send the worldwide economy crashing. It is also known that the socialist countries of Orbis would have no need for a bank whatsoever, considering their opposition to the idea of privately-owned businesses, which a world bank would likely support. There must be further discussion for the investigation for possible war crimes committed by U.C.S.R. members. Davincia has suitable reason to suspect Northern Davincia as being guilty of human rights abuses on the governmental level. I propose that the W.E.O. and I.C.L. undergo a full investigation as soon as possible.
