While not strictly a production and manufacturing focused corporation anymore, though we still offer those services, the Ouroboros Conglomerate is more than happy to take orders for Research and Development into several advanced scientific fields.

Manufacturing
This is where our roots lay, and it would be our greatest shame not to pay due respect to where the Ouroboros Conglomerate truly started. Our manufacturing sector takes place on the privately held and independent grounds held by the Ouroboros Conglomerate. Labor laws are incredibly lax, meaning that manufacturing prices are quite cheap compared to other industrialized and 'civilized' countries.
The Basic Package is a three year contract and a $50,000 down deposit to produce one line of products at a mere 8% revenue rate. Shipping between your distributors and the manufacturing center is covered in the deposit, though if production ever goes above projected volume a flat fee is applied at the end of the contract of $5,000. Open to World Assembly members.
The Premium Package is a five year contract and a reduced deposit of $25,000 to produce as many lines of products as one would like with a scaling 5% revenue rate per product line, with a minimum of two product lines to be manufactured. There is no over production fee for this package, and it serves as our primary and preferred method. Not open to World Assembly members.
Research and Development
As the world moves past the time of industrialization and into new modern technologies, various obstacles stand in the way of true progress. Be it religious ethics, modern ideals, or just governmental bureaucracy, the Ouroboros Conglomerate serves as means to cut through the red tape and advance your chosen subject. We have fully equipped labs awaiting your scientists, with state of the art equipment and on-site housing that is both luxurious and practical.
The Basic Package is a two year lease of initial negotiable price. The lab is suitable for medical research, technological research, physics research, the creation of a foreign university, geological research, literary research, and any other basic civilian institutes. It comes with a set of apartments to keep your workers comfortable, and the employer must only pay general utilities. This is open to World Assembly members.
The Premium Package is a five year lease of negotiable price that is suitable for biomedical research, cybernetics research, advanced astrophysics and quantum physics research, energy research, and other civilian studies that require advanced equipment. It comes with a luxury apartment complex that is fully staffed and furnished. The employer must have each worked pay rent, and the employer themselves must pay utilities. Or, the employer can pay a credit fee at the end of the lease. This is open to World Assembly members.
The Military Premium Package is only available to countries and organizations that are not part of the World Assembly, have submitted to a background check, have a track record of minimal human rights violations, and sign our Disclosure and Monitoring Agreement. The lease is for one year and of non-negotiable price depending on the size of the required lab and type of research to be conducted, along with a Privacy and Security fee of $150,000 per year. Absolutely privacy and security is guaranteed, and research can be conducted here that would be of questionable legal and moral value. Workers are provided the ultimate in luxury living and the employer need not pay for it in any way, as our gift to you.
