What if there was two sets of results? One used with the normal method and the other using percentages.

I feel my own region did pretty good. Its very small only three or four nations.
But we got everything under control fairly quickly, and we manged not to have a single death. 6.65 billion survivors, with zero deaths. I feel pretty proud of that. But yeah I guess the much smaller regions do not rank up that much when compared to the regions with trillion or more populations.

Well, In my opinion, it might be more feasible to base it off of larger population when a tie percentage occurs...
