As Tzar Oscar see's his military parade in front of his Palace in ST.Petersburg he looks over across the lake to Finland and Estonia. Then he clutches his fist In front of the country. "It could of bin all mine!!! Screw does Scandinavians!! We shall strike them before they even have a chance to defend themselves. We should strike in the summer. To reduce the chance of Hyperthermia.... but this not official.....not yet. Not until they make a mistake." Then he enjoys the rest of the parade.

Same tension happen between him and the Ottomans. He see's Turkey as his control of the Black Sea. With out the control of the Black Sea the Russians wont have the ability for for open water navy. Then It turned into tensions for annexation.

The new year celebrations kicked off with thunderous salvos from the mighty dreadnoughts of the German Navy, signifying decades of German power and control. As the nation celebrated, the top politicians and military leaders were invited to a ball in Berlin, even the kaiser himself was invited. But the Kaiser could not see what the huge celebrations were about. 1914 was just another 300 days of more tensions between European countries, just another year of massive buildup of military, just another year of fragile peace.

I contact you today in hopes of easing tensions between our 2 nations. We both claim Finland and Estonia, though they both have been part of my nation for more than 200 years. I wish to know, why do you consider Finland and Estonia to be part of your already expansive and very large empire? Or are you just trying to expand your name just because you have "empire" in your name? Tell me, have you a sense of mind? The federation has done nothing to harm Russia, ever. We annexed Finland and Estonia way back in the 1800s. Far earlier than you could have ever tried to take them. So I ask you, why? WHY do you refuse to recognize Finland and Estonia as part of the federation?? Estonia and Finland both joined the federation peacefully. If you want to try and wage war, trying to snag the 2 nations out of our grips, I can assure you you would have massive rebellions and no one. I repeat NOONE in these nations will help you. They will all resist you for as long as you even claim they are yours. The federation has long been a country advocating peace, yet your nation advocates war against us. I suggest you renounce your claims, and especially try not to act on your urges. Your urge for war disgusts the whole federation and I.

The cheers could be heard throughout the city as the new year of 1914 began. Throughout many streets civilians hung their nation's flag from their windows as people cheered in the streets. At the docks a large crowd watched, as midnight was reached a finished Dreadnaught, a symbol of Britain's naval power, was moved into the sea as everyone cheered. There were other military demonstrations, as nationalism and imperialism flourished in the heart of every citizen, but they were rare. The new year was not a demonstration of military might, but a celebration of yet another year of prosperity and global power, with the hope that many more were yet to come.

Leader figures of Britain, whether King George or Prime Minister Edgar Royle, and many other officials were celebrating. For some it was the usual business as with every year, but for others it was a much needed distraction from the tensions ever so present. The current situation with Germany was uncertain, as hostilities and fears years ago seemed to have just disappeared, and while no one was quite trusting of them yet, it was a much better relationship than before. Russia on the other hand, had shown strong military power and with claims of territorial disputes no one could keep track of, they seemed the most likely to plunge Europe into another war.

Europe relations:
Britain would like a defense pact with France, both countries working together to defend each other. The defense of France is critical for both nations, as an enemy occupying France would have the easiest path to London, so full support to the alliance is guaranteed.
Germany, despite the hostile relations of the past, is now not viewed with as much suspicion as before due to increased suspicion of Russia and less suspicious actions than seen in the past.
Russia is viewed with distrust due to large military force and it's possible use in the recent land disputes with other Empires.
All other countries are neutral until players take action that could be judged

The remaining army of 200,000 was parading along France, with a force of 50,000 in Paris. They were preparing for the conquest of Northern Spain, where a African army of 900,000 was prepared to help. A army of 200,000 Africans were prepared on expanding into morocco, and than Southern Spain, after passing through Gibraltar. But that is the problem, it was Gibraltar. Napoleon decided to write to Britain.

The people of Switzerland were noticeably festive this year. Flourishing business has brought large amounts of wealth to the people of Switzerland, and up until now the only thing on the minds of the Swiss people was business. Though the world was quite tense at the moment, the Swiss were quite relaxed and felt the success of their democracy.

Swiss businesses in other nations, however were still operating. The nine factories in Germany continued production, the same went for the three factories in France. Swiss industry had spread across the world, some welcomed their investments others saw them as parasites. Whether you opposed their policies of industrial expansion or not, you could not argue that it effected the world economy for the better.

The boots of 50,000 Balkan Soldiers could be heard marching across the city. The procession consisting of the Royal Guard and Honorary Units of the Army,who served during the great 2nd Balkan War. King Aleksander Penko looked on with pride as the parade marched by the Royal Palace. Aleksander was standing on a balcony over looking the Royal Grounds, where the Parade was marching through. As the Parade ended the King retired to a parlor and began thinking about the other Great Powers of Europe, mainly that of Austro-Hungarian Empire and the German Empire and their actions in the coming year. In the distance fire works screamed and exploded. He sighed loudly, he then began thinking of their Slavic Brethren, the Russian Empire, he would advise the Prime Minister on these topics. Despite having no power, money has its way of making things work in the long run. He smiled and then walked to bed and cautiously fell asleep, you never no what kind of idiot migh want to kill you for being "King."

Istanbul, second city of the Federal Republic of Mesopotamia

Prime Minister Mustafa Kemal saluted as the garrison of Istanbul marched passed.Their Turka rifles (Copies of the Lee-Enfiled but adapted to have higher muzzle velocity) slung proudly over their shoulders. In the street people waved flags and cheered. In the Bosporus, the guns of one of Mesopotamia three Dreadnoughts fired. From the outside Mesopotamia looked militarist, the people were proud of their military and it had certainly come far in the last 14 years since the Republic was declared. Mesopotamia was once called the sick man of Europe, now it is a rising power, certainly the most powerful county in the Balkans and Middle East.

However the government focused mainly and caring for its millions of citizens who were Arabs, Kurds, Turks, Jews, Armenians, Greek and many more. In his first term in office (1905-19010) Kemal had introduced a minimum wage, voting for all males (the Assembly had blocked his idea for suffrage for women), large autonomy for all the Republics provinces (based on the American model) and a substantial benefits system. In his second term in office he had turned Mesopotamia, particularly the Turkish region, in to an industrialized center of manufacturing. He hoped to continue this.

5 Miles out of a Latvian Port. As the Tzar enjoy's his time on his yacht out on the Baltic sea he was intercepted by Scandinavian navy ships."What on earth is this!?!?!?!? This is our territorial waters!" As the ships threaten the Imperial Yacht. Imperial escort fleet that had to return for fuel came back to find Scandinavian ships wading there in the water. Soon the Scandinavian fleet claims that they got lost and didn't know where was Estonia. So soon suspicion raised on the Scandinavian's and Estonia.

Meanwhile in Moscow. People were celebrating the 15 of January. (A event that was made by the Tzar to celebrate there completion of surviving a bitter winter which can be brutal and deadly.) The Grand Duke was left in charge. "Ah a nice bottle of Vodka solves the Problem!" The Grand Duke see's the snow out side piled up to 6 feet high walls. "What a bitter winter....." The Grand duke soons makes up a party to celebrate the 15 of January. People from all of Russia were invited.

Back at Port after the incident in the Baltic Sea The Tzar sends a letter to Germany and Britain for a family reunion in Moscow.

"Luxembourg has turned into a industrialized nation, over the past couple of decades." The Prime Minister, Paul Eyschen says to the Grand Duchess. "With our newly developed steel industry, and the rather large Iron and Copper deposits within our border, we will be able to start producing about.. 7,300 tons annually." The Grand Duchess says, "And who would have thought that of such a small country?" "If this continues we'll be one of the main steel producers in the region!" The PM, also notes the new Luxembourgish Railroad system, which had just recently been finished. "Luxembourg is prospering."

As Tzar returned to Port he headed to a prison were a famous Bolshevik is held. Joseph Stalin. "I heard you were Lenin's right hand man..." "That was until you killed him.......you mad bast-" He got punched by one of jail guards. "I wont ask much...... where is the remaining Bolsheviks?" "Up your ass" Then this time the guards stab him with his bayonet from his rifle. Tzar Oscar watched him suffer and screaming in agony and pain. "Their led by Leon Trotsky! Their in the Siberian forest! Their hiding in a little outpost!" "Thank you I think thats enough information. Throw him back in his cell. Let him bleed to death."

The Tzar leaves the prison with a smirk on his face with happiness to destroy the rebellion that killed his brother. When he returned he gave orders to the generals to move into the forest and kill every single on of them.
