Foreign Relations Initiative of the Californian Empire

To the applicants, as per an initiative with the aim of gaining or improving foreign relations with the Californian Empire, a memorandum has been issued by Imperatrix Selene A. M. Dévnostraéva. Secretary of State for the Californian Empire, Melissa Eisenhardt has forthwith been instructed to facilitate in the exchange of embassies between those nations who would wish to establish an embassy with the Californian Empire.

It is with great pleasure to announce that the Confederated Empire of Sovereign California is hereby permitting the construction and establishment of embassies within the Californian Empire. With these embassies, we hope to promote stronger relations alongside all nations applying for a diplomatic mission. We wish to stress the requirement for all members of diplomatic missions to take note of the rules and regulations when applying for an embassy within the Empire.

For all those wishing to participate in the programme, an application form will be issued to construct an embassy within the Californian Empire. Please ensure all applications are attached to a diplomatic communiqué and addressed to the Department of State. For all inquiries and further information, please contact the Department of State.
