Dead Serious [RP - OOC - CLOSED - TAB REGION & ASSOC ONLY]

Postby Cerillium » Mon Oct 20, 2014 10:40 pm

CONCEPT
The greatest corporate minds in TAB sought to find a means to advance technology and progress between nations. They strove to ride on the backs of giants, but when giants stumble so do those that cling to them.

The NIHA research facility was a small compound on the outskirts of Bielefeld. The Sovereign State of Bielefeld had granted permission not so long ago and those intertwined and conniving corporate minds pooled together and sent some of their best and brightest (or their slow and plodding) to tackle the cause. No one knew of the true dangers lurking within the facility however. No one even suspected.

PARTICIPANTS

This semi-closed RP will be played on NS in the official NS Zombie forum. Only members of TAB may play; only officially recognized ambassadors from other regions may play. (A prime example of a recognized ambassador would be our friends from Canada who are registered on this OSF.) All participants will sign up here in this OOC prior to posting IC. Cer approves apps.

Can you join TAB to play? Yes. You may sign up until the day the NS-Z3 officially begins. You MUST follow regional directives during the Zombie event. MUST.

CHARACTERS
  1. All characters fall into one of four categories:
      Soldier (access to weapons)
Scientist (access to research and equipment)
Clerical (access to databases beyond corporate, access to other administrative things)
General Labor (access to areas and equipment; janitors, repairmen, chauffeurs, etc.)
  2. You can run a total of 2 characters but you can't run two characters in the same category.
  3. All characters are mortal, average Joes from their representative nation.
  4. Please don't PL the fuck out of these characters. It must be an average Joe. An average Joe raptor doesn't have his own lab. An average Joe Cerian doesn't have his own ship. An average Joe Monfroxian doesn't have access to Foxian military equipment. Nobody is Billy Badass. Period.

Average:
Average isn't bad. An average soldier knows how to fire and maintain his weapon. He's been through basic training. He's just not Rambo. An average researcher has education and experience based upon age but he isn't Hawking or Bill Gates. An average cop has average weapons and training, access to some specialized equipment, and a knowledge of the law. He's not John McClain.

The thing is, that soldier and that researcher and that janitor have the potential to be, if the situation were right and luck favored them.

The application allows you to list a power. This pertains to those characters that are from non-human nations. For example, a citizen of Cerillium would be a natural predator and possess claws and sharp teeth. Chances are high that he can hunt well because he has to do so daily (no markets in my nation). A bonus is that he's FT and cyborg but if he damages his cybernetics, he's fucked. A citizen from The New Velociraptor Empire would likewise have "natural predator" as a power IF that character was accustomed to hunting like a raptor, but he'd have the trademark intelligence and ability to McGyver his way through things. Don't worry if your nation is MT average. Your character can have skills that get him through. He might be a crack shot. He might be extremely athletic.

Please don't build a God Mode Sue or Mary Sue character. The object is to have fun. We're playing at II/NS "realistic standard" rather than P2TM "over-the-top standard". While you may come from a FT nation with trippy tech, your character is limited to what's available in Bielefeld - a MT nation - despite the advanced lab.

Clarification: characters have come from a player's established country to work at the NIHA RESEARCH FACILITY. They serve in one of four areas: research, security, clerical, or general laborer.

(Min's journalist character is the exception to the rule.)

POSTS
Basic rules:
1. No IC asterisk play.
2. This is not a chat location thread. If your characters sit around and prattle on once the zombies hit, they'll end up as plot device fodder.
3. Read for content. Treat it like a horror video game. Character death is likely if you don't read for content.
4. Ask OOC before blundering into a setting. Blundering into a setting means you fail to wait for an OP or CoOP to define the setting. It's like walking blind through a mine field.
5. Short posts are fine for this event. However, if it's not in your post, it's not present. I'll assume your character doesn't check inside the car before opening the door if you don't write this action. I'll assume your character isn't wearing latex gloves before handling the body if you don't write this action. Description is your best friend. (I'll accept "Dr. John donned his protective gear and accessed the lab's airlock" as covering all the things your character would know.)

We're doing a countdown. I'll post each day. Players may post as much as they want based off the information I provide. This will be your period to establish your character's skills and qualities. You can establish connections with other characters during this time.

STAFF
OP/CoOPS.
1. Cer is God.
2. CoOPS are demigods. CoOPs for this event are Tilt, Min, Swith, and Bones.

APPLICATION
Your character will have some automatic skills based upon his category. Please do not list these on your application. NOTE: experience and age go hand-in-hand. Your character must be 18 or older, or legal age in your nation. Want to combine things? (Soldier, former USAMRID). Sure. TG me first and let me know your idea.

Non-humans automatically gain natural skills but should list flaws. Example: raptors are quick and excellent predators, but can easily freeze to death.

Security personnel do have a uniform that is worn while at work. Another example.

Access to weapons.
Military training - BASIC level
    Armed Hand-to-Hand
    Unarmed Hand-to-Hand
    Demolition - very basic level
Military Science - Hardware and Tactics, very basic level
Survival - basic level (you aren't a SEAL)
    First Aid
Aim - very basic level. Sniper and Heavy would be special skills that you would list in your app.
      Autofire
      Longarm
      Smallarm
      Throw

Access to research and equipment. Doctors (Ph.D. or M.D.) must be 27 or older. All scientists are given their specific field of study automatically. Computer Science OR Chemistry OR Biology OR Pharmacology OR General Medicine (if MD) or BioChem Physics OR Forensic Science etc.
Familiarly with equipment utilized in your field
    Animal Handling - basic
    Diplomacy
    Business/Management
Geek Easement (you can quickly grasp concepts found in fields similar to yours. A Forensic Pathologist can better function as a medic compared to a Computer Programmer.)

Access to databases beyond corporate, access to other administrative things. Age is a critical thing here. The older, the more experienced. A young file clerk has very basic skills. An old secretary might have in-dept knowledge of research programs.
    General Life Skills
    Knowledge of Corporate systems
Town Knowledge! (Bonus! You have nothing better to do in your off-time than to explore the city!)

Access to areas and equipment; janitors, repairmen, chauffeurs, etc. These characters are rounded but their capabilities vary. They might be able to pick a lock or drive well but totally lack the ability to fix a toilet or fire a weapon. Your background will determine the scope of your skills.
Basic Mechanic Systems - field specific or JOT
Facility Knowledge! (Bonus! You know your area! A chauffeur knows which vehicles are in excellent condition and where the gas pumps are located. The Janitors know the names and locations of all the labs; and might have knowledge of how scrubbers/hoods work.)
Town Knowledge! (Bonus! You have nothing better to do in your off-time than to explore the city!)

DRAMATIS PERSONÆ
Dr. Tolis Inel
A man who has devoted his days to scientific curiosity. Which has led him to collect degrees and commendations in several fields. He is strange for an Anhurian being one of a small sect that has never seen active combat or military service. He holds a Doctorate in Biomechanical Engineering [with a focus on micro-implants], with a minor degree in Xeno-Biology and an honorary degree in Xeno-Linguistics. He's one of several researchers working under Dr. Scott Pruitt in the Nanotechnology Characterization Laboratory. (Anhur)

Mr. Efren Wyatt
An independent journalist and currently a permanent resident of Bielefeld. Efren's talents aren't unrealized by the local media or by other agencies. He's earned the trust of some of the local police detectives. He has two good contacts: Lt. Martin Schultz of the BDP (homicide division) and Michael Stapleton, Channel 9 News "Action Team". (Min)

Renot D'cwuah
A mechanic hailing from Eastern Tinell, though a species known as Culdranth, rather than the typical Arkadat. He's employed by Ardith Auto, a business contracted by NIHA to service the compound's vehicle fleet. This full-sized auto mechanic garage is located down the road from the facility's secondary gate. Ardith allows his mechanics parking space for a personal project vehicle. In addition, there are currently two NIHA pickup trucks (Volkswagen Amarok) and a minicar (Peugeot 208 GTI) in the shop for annual inspection (city policy) and tuneups. Renot has been issued a facility ID in order enter the gates to pick up or drop off vehicles. (TNEL)

LOCATION
GOVERNMENT

Bielefeld doesn't exist in a single static location and moves as is needed. It borders Florida, Kentucky, Maine, and Minnesota all at once while still being found in the Sea of Japan, a few miles off the northern shore of South Africa, knocking Germany aside to hump France, and then pretending to be a tropical island. It moves on its own wont and does so with such grace that the inhabitants are completely unaware of the change. If faced with absolute absolute danger, it lifts its skirts and trots even further away. Its current location is between the UK and Denmark. Bielefeld has its own government as well as a city government and stands independent much like Monaco.

The National Government Seat is located Downtown in the Government District. Parliament meets daily to discuss issues.

Primary Members of Parliament
  • Prime Minister - Madam Thalia Heiss
  • Minister of Law and Order - Mr. John Banks
  • Minister of Finance - Mr. Alfred Marquet
  • Minister of Defense - Mr. Gregory Hemsig
  • Minister of Transportation - Ms. Yvette Main

THE CITY OF BIELEFELD

The City of Bielefeld is a tiny gem which sits on the nation's western coast. The City was constructed after the third Drone invasion devastated the old city (Vaffelhelm) and much of the planet. Various nations such as the BranRiech and Germanic Templars provided raw materials for the construction. The work was carried out by the Nifidium.

The city has its own branch of government which oversees daily administration. The local government facilities and courthouse are in the Government District downtown.

  11. Vaffelhelm ruins. Wasteland. A land barrier prevents the curious from entering. It is still smoldering, and the undercity contains many of the deadly traps that Chaos hasn't bothered to remove. There are rumors that the cultists use it as a playground.
  12. Downtown

DISTRICTS
Image

Downtown

Downtown contains the array of magnificent buildings and establishments. Capitol Hall, where concerts and performances of all types are held, rivals the Sydney Opera House in size and beauty. Next to it is a ten-story building capped by a glass dome. From above, pillars can be seen through the dome. They bear the flags of all nations on Earth, with the Templar flag on top. Across the front of the building are the words “Grand Pharmacy Bank”.

Dotted throughout the area (and in most of the city) are houses of worship and meditation to reflect the diverse faiths of the townies.

Many other businesses -the Capitol Movie Theatre, the aquarium and zoo, Bielefeld’s own Opera House, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Natural History, and the Vafflehelm Memorial Museum – are also located downtown. The main library stands proudly in their midst, a bastion of marble and knowledge governed by a strange clockwork being. Curving around them is the Art District, with passageways, coffee shops, and paintings, murals, and architecture throughout.

The University of Bielefeld Hospital can be found here, nestled quietly next to Bielefield University which offers one of the top medical schools in Europe.

Industrial District

A casual observer might mistake it for the city's downtown. Rather than the small, squat, grey factories common to so many other cities, the ID’s main structures are towers built from glass and concrete, and surrounded by roads. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to the buildings' designs: there are brown buildings with windows that look like black buttons from a distance, and there are buildings that look to be made almost entirely of glass (working in those during the summer must be awful). Further into the Industrial District, old-looking smoke-stacks loomed—possibly a left-over from a previous stage of development? But, no, Bielefeld was created after the death of the city of Vaffleheim--the previous host to the apartment building. The old city's ruins are still visible to its south. Maybe the stacks are just a stylistic thing, then. They certainly look nice—all steep slants, gentle curves, cream concrete and smooth, black smoke that billowed and expanded as it rose up into blue sky.

There are patches of green space between some of the buildings—they are littered with trees, and sometimes they even have fountains. Interesting juxtaposition and a decent metaphor: the best kind of industrial beauty was the sort you could admire from a picnic blanket. There are also pockets of clockwork workshops and smoke-belching factories, which seem geared towards a more archaic feel--steampunk and dieselpunk, respectively. Occasionally the pockets overlap, and where they met, there is a brutal clash between Victorian elegance and 1940s American zeitgeist.

But where is the pollution and acid rain? Surely the smokestacks must be having some effect on the atmosphere, to say nothing of the frankly gratuitous amount of smoke the factories were giving off. It is a mystery few could explain; most just shrug their shoulders and attribute the cleanliness to magic.

The Observatory, home to an odd brotherhood of techpriests, is located north of the Industrial District and high atop Cerillium Hill.

Market District

Between the Industrial and Market Districts, at the very northern end of the Market, the fishing vessels ply their trade. The Fish Market itself is an incomprehensible mosaic of culture, featuring the hustle and bustle to be expected of a major city’s wet market and attached food courts. All kinds of cuisines can be found here - fish or fowl or grain, Western or Asian. So, too, could a museum located off the shore but accessible by ferry.

The Market District, like the Fish Market tucked within it, is a place where people of all ethnicities and cultures gather. It had an upscale atmosphere, with Memorial Park bursting with daily activities. Paintings, murals and architecture dot the area, and are interwoven to tell stories as one passed from one end of the District to the other. A giraffe statue, taller than the highest storefront on Main, cranes its neck towards the heavens and sticks its tongue out at the sky.

It's a large district but the most popular spot is on Main Street where a trolley ferries people from one end to the other. The storefronts face the beach and shimmering ocean. Chaos Restaurant, an iconic spot and the only building to survive the Drone Invasion, can be found towards the southern end of this district. So too sits The Building on the corner of Subabsurdus and Main, the very last structure found in the Market District and the home of the Heroes of Vaffelheim and other unnatural beings. Close by the Building, Haven has blossomed, literally, into a circular mélange of greens, oranges, browns and yellows. Trees grow toward the sky here and there, with a cluster of tables and furniture under a large oak tree.

Suburbia and Country

The suburbs lay east of the city. This is the land of tract houses and white picket fences, and dotted amongst them are brick apartment buildings and mansions. Access to the city is provided via bullet trains, subways, buses or cabs. Suburbia is divided by a river and highway, one side being “townies” and the other embracing a countryside lifestyle.

Raptor Lake and the surrounding natural parks occupied this area as well. It boasts amusement parks, water parks, a laser tag arena and other features, all of which are surrounded by the scenery, trails and campgrounds of Bielefeld State Park. A state-of-the-art laser tag arena--almost a full-fledged battle simulator--rest next to the amusement parks.

Agricultural District

To the very south sit the Agricultural District and several military installations. This is the and of rolling crop fields and pastures owned by families or else conglomerations. The view to them is hedged by natural woodland and Pearlelei Lake. Roads criss-cross the district, allowing foot and vehicle traffic around the area. All manner of farm machinery can be seen trundling their way along the roads, especially during planting and harvest seasons. The main, paved roads cut through the ag district on a curve, leading north towards the forest and outer city, and westwards towards the military installations just outside of the city of Bielefeld. Other paved roads lead to little houses and clusters of buildings. A freight rail ties it to the City. Little clusters of homes belong to farmers and their families. They drive into the city for school and other things that they lacked out in the farmlands.

Miscellaneous

The sea offers many attractions such as a marina and, beyond it, a battle arena occupying a tiny island. Ships slipped into channels to bring their bountiful ocean harvest to shore or else smaller vessels come to dock at the marina. Intermingled with them are commuters aboard ferries which slip from Market District to cruise towards the Industrial District.

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

Not first, it's just implied and that Janitor

Now to think of a character -nodnod-

This post will be my app post.

Your NS Nation's Nickname: Min

Character Name: Efren Wyatt

Character Gender: Male

Character Species: Human

Character Physical Description: 28, 5'11, 160, brown hair, blue/green eyes, semi-athletic build

URL to Character Picture, if any: Pic

Primary Skill or Power: Journalism/Databases

Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Part of his profession is accepting situations that may get him into trouble, so far this hasn't come to pass as Efren has pursued his journalism with a degree of independence instead of affiliating himself with major news networks or scholarly publishers.

Secondary Skill or Power: Analytic

Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Indecisive

Character Background/Biography: Efren was born on the world of Mincaldenteans as a citizen of the Free Cities of Mincosya. Like many citizens of this liberal region, Efren was encouraged to pursue his interests in arts and humanities wherever it took him; the concept was that education had to be lived rather than strictly from textbooks. He excelled at sports when he was younger and later in college Efren's interest took a turn to cultural anthropology, which then strangely transformed itself into a journalistic path that led him to explore for the sake of reporting fact rather than bias opinion. After graudation, Efren took off world when his pursuits in Mincaldenteans had come to a (temporary) impasse and Efren settled in Bielefeld. He has been here the last couple years, taking in the many facets of the city and Efren has no desire to return home as his current home has a tendency to keep changing before his eyes.

Character Category and Specialty: Clerical.

IMPORTANT:
One paragraph that sums up your character. This MUST be brief: An independent journalist and currently a permanent resident of Bielefeld. No prob. I'm creating a few basic skill packages for each category so people aren't adding things that would come as freebies for Major and Minor. This is what happens when I know I'm telecommuting the next day. See how dangerous it is?

Are you a member of The Apartment Block Region: I only have three nations in that region, so I guess so x3

Your NS Nation's Nickname: Anhur

Character Name: Tolis Inel (Full Name: Tolis Ahel Unela Inel Helic Elew)

Character Gender: Male

Character Species (human, raptor, alien, etc): Anhurian

Character Physical Description (height, weight, apparent age, actual age): 6'11'' (or 2.11 m), 177.4 lbs (or 80.45 kgs), 115 years old (appears ~45 by human standards), silver hair, silver eyes

URL to Character Picture, if any: N/A

Primary Skill or Power: Anhurian Biology (Acute Senses)

Power Weaknesses/Flaws: While Anhuri have some distinct benefits due to their evolutionary path, they have some glaring holes in the genetics. For instance they lack all but a rudimentary sense of smell. as well as seeing a different visual and auditory spectrum from humans so things on the lowest ends of the auditory and visual spectrum Anhuri are completely oblivious too without implants or augmentative surgery.

Secondary Skill or Power: Widsom/Experience

Power Weaknesses/Flaws: The Anhuri have a semi-eidetic memory and are semi-long lived. Leading to a slowing down in thought processes and a difficulty in snap decisions in the later half of life (Generally after the age of 95). In the latter years, extreme stress and specific stimuli can sometimes cause a "memory bleed" where they start reliving bits and pieces of past memories. In extreme cases it can trigger an "Eidetic Loop" where they relive an entire series of memories that can last upto several hours.

Character Background/Biography: Born on the Anhurian Planet of Dalvena to the minor Inel Clan of the Elew Province. Instead of enter active combat he opted to attend the University of Atlara on contract to the Research Council of Elew (RCE). After receiving a minor degree in xeno-biology he was assigned to the DEV Inquisitor a Dalvenan deep space research vessel on the orders of the RCE. He spent nearly two decades in space before returning to Delvena where he received an honorary degree for a theory he proposed in Verbal Linguistic Development. Inel then spent the next serveal decades aboard Point Zero a "civilian" research station on the edge of Andus System, receiving Summus Field Degree (equivalent to a D.Sc.) in Biomedical Engineering for his work in neural implants. Inel then 90 began his term with the National Medical Exchange Program and shiped off to several institutes across several nations to judge if their processes can be adapted to Anhurians. He is currently on a 5 year loan to the NIHA Nanotechnology Characterization Laboratory.

Your NS Nation's Nickname: Tinell

Character Name: Renot D'cwuah

Character Gender: Male

Character Species (human, raptor, alien, etc): Culdranth

Character Physical Description (height, weight, apparent age, actual age): 1 foot, 11 inches, 40 pounds, appears to be about 23, is actually in his mid-40's.

URL to Character Picture, if any: http://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj6 ... f0f43a.jpg

Primary Skill or Power: Exceptionally good at tinkering with vehicles and weapons, having a general knowledge of how said machines operate, and how to troubleshoot the issues with them.

Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Despite knowing how to fix a weapon, Renot is too small and frail to actually use anything more powerful than a low-caliber pistol or a rifle specifically designed for Culdranth use... and seeing as there aren't a lot of Culdranth outside of Tinell...

Secondary Skill or Power: Being only about two feet tall, he's a rather small target and can run surprisingly fast, giving him a good chance of dodging anything thrown his way.

Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Being small also means you're overwhelmed rather quickly and pretty fragile. He could probably be punted over a roof if someone wasn't looking down.

Character Background/Biography: Born in the Reil-occupied city of Cheru in the mid 1970's, Renot personally witnessed mass violence between the faltering Reil dictatorship and the fledgling "Culdranthine Liberation Front", he didn't lead a pleasant childhood. He avoided making friends in fear of seeing them killed, and remained rather distant, eventually managing to escape the city and make his way to a Tinellian orphanage, where he was adopted and raised by a relatively well-off Arkadat family. He went to a university in Southern Tinell and trained in mechanical engineering, and promptly returned home to help the then-failing resistance.

Why the character is in Bielefeld/Occupation: Said help turned out to fail miserably, and with a bounty on his head he hid on a ship bound for Bielefeld, sneaking his way into the country and starting from scratch. He now makes his living as a mechanic, doing what he does best. Fixing cars.

Character Category: General Labor

URL to Apartment Picture: http://st.houzz.com/simgs/7641b81201247 ... c-kids.jpg

IMPORTANT:
One paragraph that sums up your character. This paragraph is what we'll use on your player tab on the first page of the thread. This MUST be brief:

Renot is a mechanic hailing from Eastern Tinell, though a species known as Culdranth, rather than the typical Arkadat. An attempt to join a resistance movement against Reil occupation failed miserably, and with a bounty on his head, he fled to Bielefeld as a stowaway and now makes a living as a mechanic.

On one hand I could play as an Average Joe Raptor with only one PhD. Which is a problem as if they are from the Empire and are supposed to be spies of some sort to have any sort of business working for others in foreign nations. I might want to check the background extra raptor characters I've established as subordinates. On the other hand, I could just not be convoluted for once and just go Average (non-scientist) Bielefeld citizen.

The thought shows. Accepted. I'll have an IC up later this evening and people can start to set up their stuff.

@NVE. What if he were assigned to the facility to spy on all the other nations? He could still have his Ph.D. but be undercover as a mechanic in order to infiltrate as much of the facility as possible?

@TNEL. That character is too cute. :P Would it be permissible for me to give him a small shop near the facility? The organization might contract with him for their fleet maintenance (general repairs, tune ups etc).

@Firsthome. He'll need to be connected to the Research facility somehow. I don't mind if you run a Bielefeldian but let's give him some menial work to tie him in. Groundskeeper? He can mow lawns (and he'd have access to the tool sheds).

Clarifications on Dead Serious:

The (extremely loose) concept: there's a research facility. All our nations have contributed employees. It's based in Bielefeld because I don't have time to worldbuild (and Swith's not well enough to). Players play those employees. This isn't going to be a long-term RP and I'm not going to put any effort into bringing characters outside the facility into the story (the exception is the reporter. You'll need him.)

Rather than limit people to just being soldiers or scientists, I've given them the option of playing security forces, researchers, average persons and tech savvy people. Each class gives specific skills.

You are NOT allowed to play PL characters. You may play a person from your nation or , if you do not have your nation set up as an entity, you may play a native Bielefelder. Native Bielefelders have a bonus: they don't freak out easily.

IF you are NOT a member of TAB but you want to play, you may play IF you belong to PL.

IF you are a member of TAB but you plan to leave the region during the zombie event (you want to infect others, you want to kill citizens etc), you may still play in the region RP.

IF you have a puppet nation in TAB but want to play a person from your main nation and IF that nation does not belong to TAB, you may still play that nation's citizen in the region RP.

We are combining Creepfest and TAB NS-Z3. PL will remain on freeform until the NS zombie event is over. This is mainly because Swith's still recovering and I'm spread thin between RL and here. I also promised her I'd showcase our region's talent (you guys) by running a zombie RP. You guys matter to her; she's proud of how far you've come.

BECAUSE we're combining Creepfest with TAB NS-Z3, I'm more than happy to let you be a little more wild than "average Joe". No, you can't pull stuff out of thin air but you can be more zany. All I ask is that you leave the horror to me (and Bones) because this isn't a gore game (*looks at Prim*) and don't bring in your nation's tech to save the day (*looks at NVE, Dani, Swith, and everyone else with wonky or advanced tech). Atomic-powered coffee pots are allowed.

And certainly, that'd be fine.

Are you a member of The Apartment Block Region: No

Your NS Nation's Nickname: Mon

Character Name: Valentina "Razor" Richter

Character Gender: Female

Character Species (human, raptor, alien, etc): Human

Character Physical Description (height, weight, apparent age, actual age): 5' 11" - 157 lb. - 27 years old

URL to Character Picture, if any: Here

Primary Skill or Power: Expert knife handling

Power Weaknesses/Flaws: No heavy arms training

Secondary Skill or Power: Expert CQB training

Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Not accustomed to wearing anything other than light/no armor

Character Background/Biography: Valentina never talked to others about why she was here. Any questions about what she did before taking up this job or where she came from were answered with generic lies about how she was "just trying to find a job" or "she needed something to pay the bills". She's really a non-native in Bielefeld and working undercover. Her specialties are "off the record", "black bag jobs", and sometimes "wetwork", and no one ever knows what happens because Valentina has no records of her ever being anywhere else whatsoever. He entire personal history is a void of black ink and restricted files. Still, you'd never know it by talking to her just casually, as she acts like every other person on the job. A skill that made her the prime candidate for this mission.

Character Category: (Soldier; Scientist; Clerical; General Labor) Soldier

What job does he/she work at the Facility?: Standard Security Guard

IMPORTANT:
One paragraph that sums up your character. This MUST be brief: Valentina "Razor" Richter is like all the other security guards on the outside, except her expert training is that of on-par with notable Special Force operators. She does her job well, almost too well. The truth is that Valentina is enlisted as a Sergeant in Monfrox's covert operations squad. She does not exist on paper that's open to the public, and her records are secured and barely readable through all the black ink. Still, she hides it quite well as she works while on the clock. You'd never peg her for having ulterior motives if you spent time with her. She's just like all the other guards.
