As we knew this was coming since before the announcement, the Grand Senate of the Federation began the Transition To War measures at the beginning of October. The TTW acts give the government widespread powers, and in their totality are akin to martial law.

Heightened security measures have been enforced: all international transport terminuses have been closed, and all reservists from Primary to Tertiary levels of the Army of the Commonwealth have been summoned by the Government for additional tutoring. Regional Militias, composed of able males and females who participated in the obligatory year of military service have been established for the first time in Torrumbarry's history. All travel within Torrumbarry has been restricted, and an experimental vaccine has been made available to the public.

Martial law declared. All international travel banned all inter-province travel is also banned. The military is acting in a law enforcement capacity and all civilians are being evacuated to the major cities.
