A meeting place for the nations of Esperanto Nations to decide on laws and agreements that will effect the whole region. Purposes include embassy acceptances, organisation set up, regional roleplay decisions, regional features implementation (e.g. Maps or Newspaper) and Condemnations or Commendations in the eyes of the region.

The Government of Rhydosar finds it inadequate to file this proposed motion as a formal proposal; instead we have decided to present it in the following format.
