Running Mate: Alexandra Juliard
George Melbert Harrison, an Alberta native, and current provisional Prime Minister, was a vocal supporter of Central Canadian independence. He has a BA from the College of Medicine hat, and a Masters degree in Accounting from Columbia University. He is fluent in French, English and Russian. He is a liberal Anglican, and he is married to his wife who he has three children with.
CCLP Positions
The Central Canadian Liberal Party is generally considered a 'big tent' liberal party. Its leadership is primarily center-left, socially liberal, and in favor of somewhat generous welfare programs. The party encompasses classical liberals, such as Mr. Harrison, far-leftists, such as his running mate, and barely left of center individuals, such as Speaker of the House Ralph Leahy

Running Mate: Derrick Willingham
Considered a populist candidate, affectionately known as "Furry Freddy" for his large trademark fur hat, was an instrumental campaigner for the independence of Central Canada. He was, in fact, a cowboy, and has no education beyond his trade education. However, over his 50 years, he has learned a lot about politics and the way the world works, and he is thought of as a well prepared person who cares for and loves his nation. He hails from Saskatchewan. He has a wife, 6 children, and 4 grandchildren. He owns large tracts of land in rural Saskatchewan
Political Positions of the Prairie Lands Party
Currently, the Prairie Lands Party has a slightly lower membership than the CCLP or the CPCC, however it is an almost undisputed favorite of most of the nations independents, who find no candidate more appealing, energetic, or endearing, as well as many of the nations libertarians, who find their own parties candidates are a long shot. Socially center left, and in favor of land rights, gun rights, and the discouragement of immigration, the economically and politically centrist Prairie Lands Party has unique beliefs which appeal to the average citizen at this point in time

Lord William Terrington: Conservative Party of Central Canada
running mate: Katherine Gaudette-Bosley
Lord Terrington is the current ceremonial 'royal governor' of Central Canada. Although not officially appointed by any monarch, recent tradition holds that he represents one. His current position is ceremonial, but he has high political qualifications. He has served in a number of offices, including, most recently, the provisional Premier of Manitoba, while also successfully fulfilling his duties as Royal Governor. He comes from a long line of distinguished nobility in the old country. He is married, and has four nephews, who he plans to have inherit his estate.
Political Positions of the Conservative Party of Central Canada
The second largest party, the CPCC is the more conservative party in central canada. Not generally favored by the lower classes and intellectuals, as well as immigrants, the CPCC finds it's base with the most upper crust of the society, as well as religious conservatives. Although himself a social liberal, Lord Terrington says that he "dutifully represents the socially conservative constituents of my party". The party's members are often wealthy, white collar individuals, as well as large scale farmers and industrialists

Running Mate: Arthur Tillson
Dr. Anthony Clemenceau is widely considered to be a long-shot for the office of Prime Minister. Always a vocal Socialist, and advocate for labor unions, Dr. Clemenceau, a labor reform advocate and union campaigner has however, not been a loud advocate during the struggle for independence. Dr. Clemenceau is married to his wife, who is a human rights campaigner, and they have no children.

Running Mate: William Cooner
Deborah Gavelston is a perennial libertarian candidate for the office of Premier in Saskatchewan. She is unmarried, and has written several un-sucessful books about Randian economics.

To the average Central Canadian Libertarian, states rights are very important. Drug legalization is an issue championed by this party. In addition, the libertarian party wants to greatly reduce welfare and completely privatize the healthcare system.
