NSPMC Guild Summit (OOC/Interest/Sign ups)

[Neu Engollon]

This will be a summit of the heads of the NS PMC Guild, a like minded group of Private Military Companies and groups that contract out to the multiverse to do both the legitimate and dirty missions no one else can accomplish by other means. The Guild is a collection of both GE&T storefront and II/NS RP'd PMCs that work within the community to perform to task as well as fight wars that smaller, usually richer, clients are unable to use their usual national or corporate forces to accomplish.
As well as Guild member leaders, other notable PMC CEOs, officers and leaders from the industry will be in attendance.

The Summit will consist of 3 components:

1. A summit of the CEOs/Directors/Heads of the member PMCs as well as invited non member guests from the industry to discuss the current state of the PMC industry and the various issues and regulations effecting it. Also, members will be solidifying plans to aid other members in times of distress when contracts go wrong. Host site TBD.

2. A competition involving the best all star teams of each member PMC (and invited guests) to perform for points on a variety of mock missions on a course or environment with said missions and tasks as yet TBD.

3. An invite only convention for the multiverse's arms retailers and manufacturers to show off their wares, tailored to that which might be desirable to PMC outfits, Guild or otherwise.

OOC note: HOI will also be showcasing various national armaments and modifications.

-One of which is a Pederson-bolt for a Mosin Nagant reciever, making it into a SMG in 7.62x25mm Tokearev. Fires at 900 rds/min.
-Another is taking an Mil Mi-6 Helicopter and turning it into a helicarrier-capable long-range gunship/transport for special operations.

-Of the indigenous designs, there is an under-pistol attachment of a double-barreled signal/breaching-gun, also available to fire standard 12 gauge LTL ammunition.
-Also, an 82mm recoilless-rifle that can have its venturi-breech replaced with a mortar breech-plug and baseplate

Due to costs, is unlikely that sales for larger armored vehicles or ships will result from this exhibition.

As for what The Security Syndicate would like to discuss, the biggest one is collusion. OOC I am a free-market loving guy, but IC my nation is an oppressive, horrible version of everything that people think would go wrong with anarcho-capitalism. The Security Syndicate would be interested in the NSPMC negotiating as a unit and just demolishing any company not in the NSPMC through both physical and economic means such as:

-Actually just attacking them.
-Engaging in predatory pricing targeted at their clients.
-Killing them with guns.
-Publicly agreeing to offer our services at cost to anyone in a war whose opposition hires non-PMC mercenaries.
-Murdering them and their families (optional).
-Incentivizing arms suppliers to not supply non-PMC companies.

For my part, IC-wise, General Tell will be a lot more inclusive and moderate to competition.

HOSTING:
I'm thinking we should have official bids for host sites, kind of like they do for NS Sports, and the host bidder will also outline the competition for the teams and how that will be scored, as well as sell us on the space and area. This can be open to anyone, not just PMCs or arms retailers, but anyone who would want to host this sort of a thing. The more reclusive the location the better, probably.
