Arrival and Dinner
Guests will arrive and enter the Royal Palace in Rovstad at 8:30 PM promptly and will be ushered to a fine dining area, where they will have the opportunity to meet with other delegations, as well as enjoy a very finely prepared cuisine. The keynote speaker for this time will be Turok Juvoch, a Unibearian Comedian who has quite a reputation to make anyone laugh and he also studied in Human psychology in his days as a human. After Mr. Juvoch finishes (he will start around 9:45 and will finish by 10:15), The King will present and talk about the future of Unibearia. After that, delegates will be introduced to their hotel rooms.
Tour of Hotel
After leaving the dining room, the guests will be introduced individually to their hotel rooms in a brief tour. They will also be provided with any necessary safety instructions, such as the location of fire exits. While guests are free to do as they please, they will be encouraged to remain in their hotel room and rest for the long day ahead of them. All charges are covered, so television, phone, Wi-Fi, and whatever room service needs guests may have are all already paid for.
Ceremony
All guests will be awoken via phone call at 8:30 AM, and will be expected to be ready to depart by 9:15 AM. All guests will be ushered to individual limousines, which will carpool them to the location of the Wedding ceremony, The Royal Palace. Once there, they will be asked to sit where they are assigned, which will be with their delegation. After all delegates are settled in, at around 10:00 AM, the ceremony will commence. The ceremony by itself is around 4 hours. After the ceremony is finished, a 4 hour break is given to the guests to socialise with others and talk and congratulate the Royal couple. At 6 PM, the Ceremonial supper starts. Classic Unibearian music is played and fine Unibearian dishes are served. Once the main course is finished, desert is served. The desert is a recipe that dates back almost 1000 years; It is called Gualo muna toroga or Desert of Love in English. Once desert is served, a traditional Unibearian dance is to be played. For those who do not know how to do it, the King himself will show you. It is quite easy. At around 11:30 PM, the Guest's will be escorted by limo to their hotel rooms.
Second ceremony
The next morning, the guests will be free to venture around Rovstad because after a Royal marriage, the Nation must pray to the Gods and thank them for blessing their King and Queen with love and prosperity. A guide will be responsible for showing them historical sites and monuments. Lunch will be served at a 5 star restaurant named Mucho Korolapa. This restaurant is only open because the King requested it to. After lunch, the guests will be free to do what they want within reason. At around 7:30 PM, they will be escorted to the Royal palace and will be having a quiet supper. The King and the New Queen will eat separated and away from each other because they are in a state of prayer and peace. After supper, (Around 9PM) the guests will be escorted back to their hotel rooms.
Departure
Guests will be allowed to sleep until 12:00 PM, and will be awoken via phone if they are not already awake. At 1:00, The King and Queen will deliver one final message and thank-you to the delegates, and formally close the Ceremony. At 2:00, guests will proceed to the car lot where they will be escorted to the airport. They will be coached onto the private jets that they arrived in at 3:30 PM, and taken back to their nation, where they may go on knowing that they have attended and taken part of a Royal wedding and also have acquainted the King and Queen of the UWK.
