Essentially mocking dead Russian soldiers, he says "Russians=Best tank operators", then links to pictures of burnt out Russian tanks, followed by the ID's found inside, presumably of soldiers killed in the fighting.

It wasn't actionable, I'm referring to the violation which incurred the warning as the "it" which, if continued, would result in escalating punishment.
