So what is Pavonistade? It is a rather small country, yet it has a large variety of... things! Pavonistade is a mixture containing both urban and rural cultures as well as magnificent natural spots. Here in this country, there are many opportunities to take and adventures to embark on for people of any kind. You may be a cook for a small restaurant, a tourist venturing into the wild of Pavonistade, or even a dealer on the quest for drug monopoly. Despite dark parts of Pavonistade, such as the unruly Toloupum Fever and high levels of firearms, you can rest assured that the good will certainly outweight the bad. So why not travel to this glamorous country and enjoy your visit, or even immigration?
Basic Information
Pavonistade has a population of over 85,133,652 and an active capitalist economy that is constantly expanding. It, governed by a federal constitutional presidential parliamentary republican government, is divided into 6 states, which in turn are divided into 25 districts. Overall, there is good public transportation (especially in urban areas), but as traffic tends to be jammed, other such transportations as high-speed rail, subways, airplanes, and ships.
The manpower and powers of the police and armed forces are elevated to deal with wrongdoing, but they almost never abuse their powers and may sometimes be cool too. Healthcare in 4 states - North Pavonistade, Central State, Toloupum Sector, and Eastern Islands - are privatized, so visitors are advised to be insured. This is not necessary in Capital State and Western Pavonistade, where there is still universal healthcare.

1. ALL CHARACTERS will start in the city of Vadopolis. It's the largest city of Pavonistade by the way, and the same starting point is there so I could keep track of characters more easily.
2. Put at least some effort in your application and RP posts. Bad grammar isn't preferred, and so are one-liners in most cases.
3. Godmodding is not tolerated, of course. Note that I may control your character and describe the environment around him/her to continue the plot.
4. There will be a strike system, with a strike handed out for poor behavior or rule violations. Three strikes and you're deported from Pavonistade (OOCly)! Any serious behaviors may result in kicks without first reaching three strikes. Another issue that results in kicks without three strikes is when a nation becomes inactive in the RP. If the nation does not post in the IC for a long-enough period, it will be deported from Pavonistade (although it can re-assure interest and return).
5. Countries from any regions are welcome, though it's better if they come from Esquarium or Sunalaya.
6. Make sure your biography and application are realistic. A person who suddenly changes from a gangster to politician, while theoretically possible, may not be accepted.
7. Each nation can have a maximum of 5 people. Puppets can have a maximum of 2. A maximum of two nations (main + 1 puppet) is allowed.
8. Please don't mention RL countries (e.g. America). It won't get you penalized, and NS nations supposedly existing in the RL world can join this RP. However, the RL reference or mention will be ignored. Similarly, no references to non-human or non-MT stuffs (primarily PMT or FT) (e.g. using alien characters, referring to FT spaceships) should be made.
9. I reserve the right to penalize people for anything, even if they are not covered in the rules. So don't complain if I strike you for having your character yell out "NAMSTER!" several times.
10. I also reserve the right not to reply to your posts if there are issues regarding related applications, DEATs (deletions), etc.
11. Finally, I reserve the right to update rules and notes (and any parts of the OOC/IC threads) without always having to notify others. People would need to check by themselves.
