    The Stones and Clapton Building is the hallmark of the partnership between Legion Properties Group and Legion Constructions. The 21-storey dual tower structure was commissioned to be built by two of the late Legion Constructions architects, Jimmy Stones and Tris Clapton, an architecture duo, who have won numerous architectural awards internationally. The Stones and Clapton Building was originally named The Falconer Building, was renamed in their honour after their recent passing. The Stones and Clapton Building remains as their legacy in the architecture industry.

Ms MacPherson has been widely acclaimed due to her young age, leading the $25 billion dollar company at age 32. With her bringing in both the creative mind with the experience she has with her career, Ms MacPherson is one of the rising stars in the management industry, and is highly sought-after.

Ms MacPherson holds a MA in Management and was awarded the Young Businessperson's Award of the Year 2010. She has given lectures at many prestigious universities worldwide.

Sir Ernest Newar is one of the leading architects in the industry. Born into a constructions family, his father was a foreman and his mother was an interior designer, Sir Newar grew up learning a lot about architecture, proving his credentials when he was awarded the Architectural Excellence Scholarship, which supported his PhD in architecture. Sir Newar has created one of the best constructions firm in the world, Legion Constructions, and has led the company in designing many of the world's most iconic structures, including the Bank of Yohannes Headquarters, the Trelatche Computing Development Headquarters and many more. Sir Newar previous served as the President of Legion Constructions, but after its absorption in 22nd October 2014, he replaced Mr John Wilson as the new Corporate Director of Legion Properties Group.

Having over 24 years of architecture experience, Sir Newar provides his intellectual insight on the potential of buildings, assisting the leadership in deciding which properties meet the quality and standard of Legion Properties Group. He was knighted for his founding of Legion Constructions.

Property Description:Commissioned by Legion Properties Group, The Legacy (PV-251182C3) is without a doubt the largest residential yacht in the world. It is LPG's highest funded project by far, and the cruise ship was constructed by a cooperation between 4 prominent local shipmakers. Her hull was built in Malpensa City, by Havana Shipworks, and it was then towed to West Central Harbour in Port-Au-Grace, for completion by Ste Eglise Group and Hyperferries Pte Ltd. Additional appliances and internal engineering were done by Gneisenau Electrics. In early 2015, LPG announced Captain Richard Wellington at the helm the ship, and Mr Ian Lipton as Chief Executive of The Legacy. Flying the Recon Empire flag, The Legacy is a NS$3 billion project.

At 250.4m long and 30m wide, it operates with a crew of 300, and can hold up to 100 residents and additional 150 guests. The Legacy has a large lobby, gourmet deli, a boutique and showroom, fitness center, billiard room, golf simulator and putting greens, a full-sized tennis court, jogging track, a spa, swimming pool, a childcare centre and cocktail lounges. LC Finest, Mascagni Wineries, and ProLife stores are also on board. Full-time medical staff will also be on board, provided by Legion Hospital Corporation. There are six restaurants for dining that also supplement the kitchens or kitchenettes in most of the residences and dining ashore. For on-board entertainment there is a movie theater, library and music performances. In addition to shore excursions, classes have been offered on board in topics such as dance, navigation, language, cooking, arts and crafts, music, computers, and photography, provided by L.I.E.S.. The Legacy provides internet access as well as the premium Legion Cable channels (Legion Central included as well) in each residence. All residents are insured with Legion Deluxe Travel Insurance Plans when they purchase units through LPG. With the ultimate luxury experience one can find on earth, The Legacy will be a standing property on the LPG homepage.

The Legacy will be voyaging through the various nations of the corporate partners of LPG, including Retiva, The Aspari Syndicate, SP Rebellion, Naval Monte, Abidawe, Menavolosia, and Taitung Pinyin.
