Welcome to Seaddle, a.k.a the bloody cold place miles from anywhere else. And yeah, it might be cold, and mostly rubble, but it's our rubble pile and we'll fight to keep it ours.
Completely ignoring the 'science experiments' people seem to dig up every once in a while and then completely fuck the whole city over for a week or so, then we fix that one and another comes along and then... Well, I dunno.
Nothin' much has happened since all the alicorns started screaming their heads off and got dragged off somewhere. Where, no one knows, and even fewer care. Suffice to say, we ain't gone looking. Anything that can drive those things into that much screaming isn't gonna be good for anyone's health.
Otherwise, everything's the same. Raiders raid. Moon Tower makes a crapload of caps. The Blackhounds still eat anyone who goes into the subway. We still aren't sure what happened to the Silencers, but don't ask about them.
Just try not to die, unless I make some money off you doing so.
Utopia.
In case you haven't noticed, this is set in the Fallout: Equestria universe created by Kkat and left for the rest of us to play around with. There'll be some things carried over from the previous RP, but not that many. And this time, stuff has more planning.
Seaddle
This is where the RP is set, and is quite possibily the worst hit place in the Equestrian Wasteland. Seaddle is a hotbed of competing factions, deadly environmental hazards and the occasional M.A.w weapon of mass destruction being released from one of the many research facilities.

Major Locations-
The Octagon; This complex squats on top of a hill and dominates the south of the city. As the name suggests, the compound is octagonal and has towers on every corner with turrets facing out from every direction on each tower, meaning the Octagon is a nightmare to attack. Combined with the 10 foot high wall linking the towers, the numerous military-grade robots inside the buildings and the electric shock field preventing the entry of Pegasi/Griffons/Alicorns by flight, The Octagon is the closest thing to a unbreakable citadel in the city.
Current Status; Although retaken by Utopia and his Gang shortly after his ejection from Moon Tower, it remains mostly abandoned except for the R&D Labs, which are still sealed.
Phoenix Building; Seaddle's former M.W.T hub, it serves as the base for Seaddle's Branch of the Steel Rangers. Although most of the city center was obliterated by the Blackfire Bomb, the Phoenix Building survived due to the magical shielding provided by the now-destroyed generators.
Despite this, the surrounding city is a gauntlet of traps layed by the Steel Rangers and the only safe approach is through the sewers and subway.
Current Status; Held by the Steel Rangers and heavily fortified following the assassination of their previous Elder and a brief power struggle afterwards.
The Bridge- The last intact bridge in Seaddle, The Bridge is heavily fortified by Seaddle's resident band of Alicorns. The place has a shield permanently kept in place by a group of Green Alicorns while the Purples and Blues guard the bridge and take the tolls.
Current status; The Tolltakers continue to hold the bridge, despite their massively reduced numbers from The Screaming at repeated attacks by Moon Tower.
Seaddle Institute- Seaddle's M.A.S hub, the Institute is little more than a shell. Formerly housing Seaddle's few Applejack's Rangers, they sealed the ruin, activated it's automated defences, and relocated to the Seaddle Max-Security Prison.
Current status; Shut off and abandoned.
Moon Tower- Seaddle's tallest building, it looms over even the Octagon and currently serves as home for the only permanent settlement in Seaddle and the main trade hub.
Current Status; Rebuilt, rearmed and back to it's pre-Silencer state after kicking Utopia out.
Vault 132- A radioactive pit of certain death, often used for body dumping.
Current Status; A big hole in the ground.
Seaddle Max-Security Prison- In the far north of the city, widely ignored by the vast majority due to a feral Ghoul infestation that overran the Prison's former occupants, a large band of Raiders. Recently retaken by AJ's Rangers for unknown reasons after the Ghouls vanished.
Current Status; Sealed off by AJ's Rangers.
The Warrens- Dominating Seaddle's former dockyards, The Warrens are a maze of destroyed cranes, cramped containers and flimsy girders that seems to purposely kill anything that wanders in, and this reputation has only increased following rumours of Alicorn sightings within the maze.
Current Status; A deathtrap.
Major Factions-
Utopia's Gang; Possibly the most powerful and certianly most bloodthirsty of the factions, Utopia is de facto ruler of the south bank. He currently inhabits the Octagon, a Pre-War facility owned by Harmony Industries. Although having suffered major losses from the Silencers, they remain a potent force but are locked in a running battle against Moon Tower.
Current Status; Back in the Octagon, trying to crack open it's R&D labs. So far has failed miserably. Skirmishing with Moon Tower forces.
Moon Tower; A plutocratic state formerly ruled by Utopia occupying the areas around the titular building. Lacks in firepower, but makes up for it through sheer numbers and money. Fighting Utopia's forces and the Tolltakers.
Current status; Trying to capture The Bridge from the Tolltakers while fighting off Utopia's raiders.
Steel Rangers; Everyone's favourite steel-clad ponies. They and Utopia's Gang despise each other, mostly over the ownership of the Octagon. They have all the tech you need and want, but are lacking in both numbers and internal stability. They're based in the M.W.T building in the city center, on the north bank.
Current status; Stealing whatever tech they find while otherwise remaining isolated. Not the friendliest around.
Applejack's Rangers; this branch of the Steel Ranger's breakaway group is relatively small, but possesses several Balefire Egg launchers secured from a M.A.w site in the far north of the city. They're small, but well armed. They left the M.A.S hub for unknown reasons, and have sealed themselves inside the Seaddle Max-Security Prison for reasons unknown, attacking anyone who passes near.
Current Status; Isolated in the Seaddle Max-Security Prison, attacking anyone who nears for unknown reasons.
Tolltakers; The worst faction in Seaddle, and that's being nice. These semi-mad Alicorns hold the lone intact bridge over the river, and have the entire place shielded by a trio of Greens. They demand a toll of either 5000 Caps or a prisoner per pony to cross. As such, slavers get by just fine but everyone else has a bit of a problem.
Current Status; Despite major losses to The Screaming, the Tolltakers still hold the bridge against assaults by Moon Tower.
Blackhounds; The remains of the Enclave's Hellhound forces deployed to Seaddle during Operation: Cauterize, the Blackhounds hold the entire length of the river bar the western bridge. They're also known for raiding any community that stays in one place too long through the sewers and subway.
Current Status; Raiding and general banditry, although rumour has it they are still fighting the Silence within the subway system and sewers.
Seaddle Enclave; Operating out of a lone surviving Raptor dropship, the Seaddle Enclave are highly isolationist and rarely make their presence known, preferring to hide in the clouds.
Current Status; Unknown.
Hazards
The usual. Balefire radiation levels are still fairly high, and although the only Taint in in the far east along Route 210, Blackfire coats the entire river bar one small region in the far west where a lone bridge stands.
Blackfire is a more dangerous relative of Balefire. It stays around for longer, and kills you quicker. It's infected various plants to produce more of it, so the sewers and subways are highly dangerous except for Blackhounds and ghouls, or if you have a guide.
