Luremurg Crisis (IC/CLOSED-UTNA ONLY)

This is a closed RP for members of the United Territories of North America. Please do not disrupt the RP if you are not from our region.

As the crisis emerged, it was taken at first in Pantorrum as little more than words from a regular belligerent. However, as the crisis grew, it became clear that Luremurg wanted to lay claim to former Critalian lands, and invade the often neutral nation of Pallum. In response, the regional powers quickly prepared themselves for what could be a drawn out war.
As many nations mobilized troops, they could only guess at what Luremurg would do when he learned of the regional actions.
None the less, his actions would do little to influence Pantorrum. Luremurg, already an oversize nation, would simply not be allowed to spread any further aggression. In just a few days, an army was sent to both defend Pallum and the nearby Pantorran territory of Cherokia.
The Pantorran forces soon arrive in Pallum and set up position on the Luremurg border. 2000 men, 22 T-90 Tanks, 5 105 mm towed artillery cannons, and 1 self propelled 203 mm artillery cannon sit between Luremurg and Pallum.
3,000 men and 10 M1-A2 Tanks are sent from Pantorrum, carried by 10 Airforce Galaxy Class Transport's, to Cherokia where there are already 5,000 men located with 2 dozen towed 150 mm artillery cannons and 40 M1-A2 Tanks. 7 F-18's will also be placed in Cherokia.
All men were readied for an offensive move should signs of further aggression occur. In all, 10,000 men are positions for an invasion. In Pantorrum a Corps of 17,000 men, 38 M1-A2 Tanks, 12 150 mm Towed Artillery Cannons, and 7 203 mm towed artillery cannons await orders to deploy. they will be held until they are needed, and will be sent to wherever they are most needed.
Das-Husland troops and militia were readied for assault as well, and hundreds of thousands of their troops were moved to their border.
Second Gallifrey began mobilizing defense forces to protect their territory in the event of Luremurg aggression. Fighters, AA guns, and surface-to-surface missiles are deployed to defend key points along the borders. Emperor Alucard threatened boycotts of Luremurg trade, as well as a likely sanction, if aggression is displayed towards Second Gallifrey.
It was clear that many in the region were not going to tolerate the Luremurg expansion. Now, it is clear that if they do not surrender they will likely be overwhelmed...

Pentslandan forces go into defcon three Forces are prepared to defend Pentslandan territories. 2,000 FOAB missiles are ready and aimed at classified locations.10,000 troops are mobilized around the pentslandan border along with, 200 panther tanks, 200 fighter jetsts. The Anti missile and Anti Aircraft system is put on high alert.Five Aircraft carriers, 3 destroyers, and five submarines patrol the waters between Pentslanda and Luremurg.50 Amphibious land and water vehicles are stationed off the coast of calfornia awaiting orders to invade along with 7 transportation ships containing 2,000 men all together. 10 rail guns are set up and aimed at classified locations. Two b2 bombers are set on standby and Artillery is also oved to the Pentslandean border.

[Second Gallifrey]

A total of 20 Hellsing Operatives* have successfully infiltrated civilian anti-government groups, and have prepared to start "aggressive protests" upon command.

180 other Hellsing members have begun to sabotage weaponry in the capital and various surrounding military bases. The acts of sabotage ranged from emptying aircraft of fuel, puncturing the tires of military vehicles, and planting explosives in bunkers, to misshaping the insides of artillery weapons so they will jam and self-destruct upon firing, defusing and disarming bombs, and poisoning rations.

Although these actions will not completely disarm the Luremurgian military machine, it should make a decent dent in the quality and number of opposing forces.

Pentslandan Special force members called "Haovics" successfully infiltrate Sacramento and begin to cause Haovic. Members begin to set C4 charges off in places ranging from Hospitals and other public systems all the way up to the bomb that was set off in the city's government house. Other Haovics begin to poison water systems with the experimental parasite "Zic". Results of coming in contact with this parasite are classified.

President Gregovich ordered artillery to begin firing into Luremurg from the Cherokia border.
24 Artillery cannons opened fire into Luremurg, aiming for known border defenses to ready for a land invasion. The official declaration of war was signed after Pantorran officials became impatient to hear a surrender from Luremurg.
In Pantorrum Congress votes in favor of a full scale invasion which will occur in three stages- First border defenses are destroyed, and then air raids will occur while infantry units move in behind tank forces. Finally, only major cities will be occupied.

[Luremurg]

Upon hearing the declaration of war Chancellor Jakob Heinrich ordered all industries to start manufacturing tanks , armoured cars , guns etc. Luremurgs population of 210 million quickly goes into a public outrage and burns down Pantorrums embassy. Luremurg mobilizes 3,234,556 troops to stop the invasion. 4,000 Leopard 2A5's are mobilized with the infantry to begin an attack on Cherokia and Pallum once the invasion is stopped. Their is a shortage of armoured cars so the majority of infantry rely's on un-armoured cars and horse transportation. Luremurg's grand fleet of U-Boats begins attacking shipping convoys , battleships and aircraft carriers. Su-34's quickly launch swift air-raids on military positions in Cherokia and Pallum. Luremurgs industrial might has been put into full swing and most of the countries services have been put towards the war effort.

Aircraft and submarines attack Pantorrums navy off the coast of California destroying many troop transport ships and damaging two battleships and damaging one Nimitz class aircraft carrier. The submarines continue their surprise attack on Pantorrums navy and sink two Battleships and damaging two more of the Aircraft carriers. The general of the Luremurgian navy offers Pantorrum a chance to withdraw it's already damaged and morale low navy back to ports in Pallum rather than losing more ships and men.

[Das-husland]

Das-Husland moves into Defcon 3 as a result on the attack on Pantorrums forces. B1 Lancer strike bombers begin immensely low level operations, heading for south-eastern Luremurg. utilizing the JP233 runway denial weapons again Luremurg airfields. B-52's are hastily prepared in Das-Husland airfields and 25 F-35 strike fighters are prepared. Three F-117's and three B-2 bombers are also scrambled, The F-117's dropping 2 2000 pound laser guided bombs down ventilation shafts of command posts and bunkers. The B-2 bombers strike at the barracks and factories of Luremurg, dropping 30 CBU-75 anti-personel cluster bombs.

Das-Husland's first fleet begins mustering outside Das-Husland waters. Warmaster Ian Rankin is present on the first of two Longsword class supercapital missile command ships.

3000 Merkeva 3 tanks, 1250 Archer Artillery Arrays and 1250 Smerch MLRS systems begin moving through Pantorrum territory towards Luremurg, accompanied by 250 000 troops, and of course 1500 Pantsir S-1 SAM systems, with 800 Tungeska SAMs, and 500 ZSU-23-4 Shilkas. Combat engineers in Badger vehicles and Rhino demining vehicles also move forward to the front line. Approximately 1.5 million support specialists deliver supplies etc.

Ermergency airlifts using galaxy class transports and orion transport planes begin circumventing Luremurg land, to land in Cherokia and Pallum. On board are 15 Challenger 2 MBTs, 700 soldiers and classified material.

The lancer bombs suffered horrid casualties, being shot at with BUK missile launchers, and small arms. Some deployed chaff and flares, others tried evasive manoevres. Three Lancer bombers were shot out of the sky, two more too heavily damaged to reach the border with pantorrum, ejecting in enemy territory. One last one was lost in combat, having had it's fuel tank punctured. One B-2 bomber suffered minor damage from a near miss from a SA-6 missile. The F117's had chips and fragments from ground fire.

Targets are bridges, power stations, transmitter substations, rail stations and bunkers within range (2,800 miles). Also targetting military infrastructure and units within range.

The armoured column rolls through the pantorrum checkpoint, to cheers and whistling from the Pantorrum population. They will inevitably cross the border in less than a day.

Chancellor Jakob Heinrich orders bombers to fly over Das-Husland and to drop propaganda information to the people of Das-Husland. The propaganda leaflets read as the following:
"People of Das-Husland, people of Germanic America. Your country's government is waging war against a fellow Germanic nation. This goes to show how much your government affiliates with the Communists and Jewish Zionists. This war if lost will not only lead to the ultimate destruction of Luremurg, but the destruction of all Germanic Peoples in America. Rise up my fellow Germanics against your own filthy government, riddled with paedophiles , rapists and murderers. Mark our words if your governments soldiers march upon Windenburg their will be rape , murder and torture. The last great war of Human civilisation is approaching, and it can lead to the greatest human civilisation and human culture ever known or it can lead to the death of the Germanics. Your choice."

Doctadeth sat in his bunker, reading the reports. 3 cities were on the edge of civil unrest, contact had been lost with a number of villages, and demonstrations were occurring in almost every city. Over a thousand policemen had died in a day alone, Three thousand protesters killed or gravely injured. He sighed, and turned to the computer, typing simply via teletext.

"Chancellor Heinrich. Your efforts are commendable, our thoughts are not of our heritage, but that of our trade links. Worsened productivity means less profits, By having your bombers drop your propaganda over our cities, you fomented unrest, moreover, you have violated Das-Husland airspace without permission, and by expanding, you risk wholesale destruction of our own race. Through profit, you can rule any power."

Apache gunships and Chinook transport helicopters begin the journey to Pantorrum's Military base.
The Galaxy class transports land in Pallum, disembarking. 700 soldier, 15 Challenger 2 MBTs and 5 Pantsir S-1's are rapidly disembarked behind the lines, and given to Pantorrum's control.

The Pantorran forces had not yet left Pallum and were awaiting reinforcements. When they noticed the Luremurg army 2 km away the ordered all artillery to strike that area. As reinforcements arrived from Pantorrum, the now 19,000 man force, with excellent training, awaited the arrival of the enemy whom may or may not be running into a trap...

10 B-2 Bombers, each carrying a FOAB, lifted off and made haste to arrive over Montana, and soon enough they did. While the artillery was striking the enemy position 2 km away, the bombers flew overhead from 22,000 feet and dropped 10 FOAB's on the hostile army, which the equivalent to 440 ton of TNT, nearly half a kiloton. The powerful strike was felt all the way in Pallum as troops steadied themselves on the ground, seeing the fiery explosion.


Meanwhile, the fleet was able to survive the attack since the Carrier was protected by cruisers and destroyers, which had anti submarine and anti-air systems. However, 2 Destroyers and 1 Cruiser were lost. They were now at the southern sip of Luremurg territory and began their landing. 10,000 marines hit the beach and set up position while the rest of the fleet simply sat by and watched for enemy movement. They would work their way up to Los Angeles and take the city...

[Das-husland]

The B-52 bombers were now prepared, 20 of them rumbled into the sky, their turbojets roaring with power and might. F-35 raptors escorted them, 30 F-35 raptors screaming along, as well as 2 C-130 gunships.
The bombers crossed the border within moments, heading for North Missouri.

100 A10 2 Warthog gunships headed for the Pantorrum Military bases in south Missouri, as well as several C-130 gunships, Apaches, Blackhawk helicopters and more. Several Ospreys were also deployed, along with special forces commandoes.

A special galaxy class transport plane was prepared for hauling single weapons. Unfortunately for Das-Husland security, it could only be done outside. the rain of welding sparks and equipment showering over the tarmac.

Das-Husland infantry response forces also worked to secure the Coralreep former lands.

Pentslandean Pro Luremurg activists decide to take matters into there own hands.Pentslandan Luremurg Hacktavisits attack Dass-Hussland Government websites stealing military information such as, Soldier positioning and movements,Tactics being used and We're Missile silos are located. All Information is emailed to the government of Luremurg. Other Hacktavists attack the Pantorrum government information storage site and wipe the files.

Pentslandean people began to slowly spread out into old Critilian territories in Mexico claiming it for there own and bringing those territories (slowely) into the Confederacy. 15 rail guns are to be constructed and moved to the coast of Honolulu. Havoc agents continue to run threw calfornia spiking water with the bacteria agent "zic" even after official orders to stop.

However, unfortunately for the Pentslanda 'hacktavists', Pantorrum now has the regions most advanced cyber defense network due to the Nikolai incident. The Pantorrum system (if you remember) is not connected to the region and is on its own, separate network. No computer in Pantorrum will ever make contact with one out of Pantorrum, except for designated computers that aren't connected to Pantorran servers.

The fierce FOAB offensive continues and the artillery keep firing into the army of luremurg. 4 Silo's in southern Virginia fire 4 ICBM Missiles equipped with FOAB equivilant tips. they are aimed for main military bases.

The stealth ARES systems moves a satellite over Luremurg and begins blocking military communication as missiles fly out of the satellites at the ground. Thanks to their stealth material, they will be nearly impossible to detect...

An air wing of 30 F-22's and 65 F-16's rake off from Missouri and escort 7 stealth B-2 Bombers, equiped with MOAB's, to Luremurg's 7 heaviest populated cities.

Pentslandean 'hacktavisits' began to attack fire walls of the pantorrum Internet system to breach and attach to the panttorum system. Hacktavists began to launch Flame attacks on important officials of Pantorrum to discover there location. Actvisits claim they have the ability as once they breach the fire walls they will cause the deletion of all information files.

The firewall identifies the networks trying to breach into the system and goes in to safe mode, locking down all systems on individual mainframes and isolating them from Pantorrums individual internet system. The Firewall will not be the only firewall standing int he hacker's way, but 5 others as well, each more powerful than the last.
