A war is brewing in Iwaku. With the assassination of the royalty of the small country of Enlais placed conveniently, it's only a matter of time before war breaks out. Your government must be the one that proves effective. Will you spend your money on a new battleship, or invest in scientists to make the first tank? Only one path will have victory. Your nation must have the power to conquer all, or perhaps the power to stand its ground against the oncoming storm. Soon the oceans of Iwaku will be awash with blood. Emperor Ji-Sang IV, Emperor of the Empire and all the realm of Bigtopian Empire, is sitting to his throne and sees the advancement to the industrialization of the country, he also sees his men parading to the port of the city. His soldiers are very happy watching that Bigtopian Empire is rising and they want to expand, expand in nation that are unkown and known. They see a neighbour called Priceless Crown and they are making the borders have stronger fortifications because they are going to attack, they start with a naval attack to break the chain for Priceless Crown navy and then they attack with planes the near villages. They attacked with 10 airplanes some villages and towns of Priceless Crown while they attack with 15 ships the navy of Priceless Crown, while they attack with 2.500 landforces for a start. Then on an announcement, Emperor Ji-Sang IV said "We officially declare war on Priceless Crown, we ask International Community to help us."

Meanwhile, Gannerfrond has been consulting with his staff and has publicly announced that he will not at this time go to war:

Announcement aside, the bloodthirsty Oppressian men have been calling for a draft (not wanting to be volunteers with lower pay).

This morning, estimated 470 rioters gathered in the town square at the corner of Narrod Ave. and Bulkan pl. They broke into a parchment store, and caused the accidental death of the store's owner. Two 20-year old boys are being held as primary suspects. The rioters broke into the Town Hall, and one mentally unstable man lodged a knife in the leg of a Corporal Tellenpath, 27. The man is also being held. After breaking into the Town Hall, 346 rioters were held temporarily for disrupting the peace, but they were successful. Governor Gannerfrond has issued 200 new jobs extracting oil from the ground for use in the military. However, he still refuses to declare war.

How so? From whom do you fear attack?

The barbarians that lurk in those woodlands have done a great deal worse things than attacked a train. If it so happened that they would object the Marshal's way (read: we would frame it as such) then Suomi would have to do something about the horrible lack of dicipline in this area.

Although it is trouble for us, we will send four infantry divisions to occupy territory 15 in order to ensure the security of the Marshal of Perus-Suomi. We will put down any resistance.

Perus-Suomi, Oppressia suggests strengthening your western borders. We say this not out of disrespect, but as a matter on fact. A war will strike this land soon, no matter the efforts to stop it. Argozi stands to gain nothing from a war with Bigtopia, and so can only fight you. Strengthen your western borders and we will protect the eastern ones.
