Today Lithuania has entered a time of darkness as the nation has split into three factions after the descion that parliament would become the senate of lithuania, but now the nations people are split between three waring factions
Loyalists who support a democratic government
The Latvian Liberation Army who look to split the nation
and the Peoples Liberation Army of Lithuania who plan to replace the capitalism in Lithuania with a marxist communism

Seeing as our ally has once again fallen under the horror of civil strife, we must support with all available means at our disposal.

We shall immediately open up a credit line of some £200 million to the loyalists, as well as send minor shipments of small arms and larger shipments of humanitarian aid.

If the situation escalates, the 14th division VRF has already been mobilized and may be used. However, this will require Parliamentary support.

The UKM has currently taken no sides in the matter but have expressed their concern over the threat to civilians in this enveloping civil war.

The carrier deployed has a capacity of 125 fifth-generation ACE multirole jets but at the moment is only carrying 90.

Our 50,000 soldiers have been assaulting a city for the passed day with much resistance. They have taken nearly 1/2 of the town and are still pushing.

Breaking

Mordakian jets have launched strikes on several rebel positions in the swampland areas of Lithuania-Latvia. A spokesman said "this is where the enemies of stability and unity will thrive. Mordakia have used intelligence information to maximize accuracy of the strikes and minimize civilian casualties.

They have been based on the Mordakian Aircraft Carrier "equestrian" currently operating just inside international waters. Mordakia have already reported their first casualties following a helicopter crash.

Erstonia City 2:42 pm- An assassination attempt against the president was executed at noon while he was giving a speech the perpetrators are thought to be West Bosakian separatists. This is not the first act of terrorism perpetrated by separatists just last week the Mazicow International Airport was bombed resulting in 62 dead and 174 injured. The country might be on the brink of civil war.

In a public announcement by the Government of the Republic of Greater Syria and Iraq it was stated that the regime offers full support to the Peoples Liberation Army of Lithuania and will send light arms, food and medical supplies via Russia.

Seeing the civil strife that has befallen the monarchist regime of Lithuania-Latvia, which has been a thorn in our side for years. The People's Republic of Cedoria would like to express our sympathies and support for the PLAL, and to condemn the Lithuania-Latvian for their violent suppression of them. Whilst we do not oppose the decision of the separatists to leave the nation if they wish, we are appalled that they have chosen to do so through violent means. We hereby recognise the PLAL as the legitimate government of Lithuania-Latvia and denounce her Monarchist government. Whilst we do not recognise the separatists in their secession, we hope that a referendum can be held to determine if they truly have the backing of the people. In the meantime, the Revolutionary Finance Committee has authorised shipments of financial and military aid to the PLAL to be dropped over areas where it can be secured by rebel forces, who will use it to aid their noble revolutionary goals in Lithuania-Latvia. The People's Revolutionary Army is also in the process of mobilising 150'000 troops, 300 tanks, 800 IFV's and 200 artillery batteries and AA guns, in addition to three fighter and three bomber squadrons of the PAFC. To be sent to Lithuania-Latvia to support the revolutionaries, although likely not all will be sent at once. Irrespective of this the noble proletariat have a right to form a government conducive to their interests, and the People's Republic of Cedoria desires to assist them in this regard. We hope too avoid all unecessary casualties, and if Lithuania-Latvia's monarchist regime agrees to surrender power to the Communists and forge a genuinely representative government, then hopefully our intervention can be avoided. If Lithuania-Latvia's Monarchist government refuses, we will take action to protect the interests of our Proletarian comrades.
