That's fucking stupid. How much meat do you have to eat per day to qualify as "not vegetarian or vegan"? Are there special meat police the government spends money on that go around and check people's dinners to make sure they have meat content? What about if people are too poor to afford much besides rice and beans and ramen? Does the government give them free meat so that they don't fall afoul of the law?

I mean, in the Empire, even human meat is legal, and fried cat is popular junk food at sporting events, but still. Goddamn.
