Intro
The Kingdom of Van Xuan is a peaceful nation, ruled justly by King. Nam Ly and his wife, Queen Ly Kieu Anh. The economy is growing fast with annual growth rate almost in the double digits level. The population of Van Xuan is also growing fast due to financial security and ultra liberal laws in regard of marriage. Thanks to the farsighted laws implemented by the King, the island of Van Xuan maintains its beauty and clean environment relatively easy, while skylines of 5 major cities are getting taller and deeper, becoming more and more impressive each year. Every adult citizen of Van Xuan has a full time job, working from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the evening with one hour mandatory lunch break in the afternoon. Every children, aging from 6 to 18 years old, are going school, getting one of best educations on the planet, fully paid for by the government. All teenagers from the age of 18 to 23 are getting technical training in tech schools and colleges, while about a quarter of them (college age people) are going to professional academies, universities to become masters of their desired career with 50% financial aid from the Royal Family. 10 lanes express ways, and high speed train routes connects all city and towns on Van Xuan island. In the major cities, fast, safe and clean subway systems transport millions of people daily while the streets are clean with only moderate amount of cars, sidewalks are nicely shaded and decorated by small maple trees with roses and other beautiful flowers underneath, all year round. Cities and towns are carefully designed and planned by architects and engineers so no eye-sore, out-of-place building or structure can pop up in Van Xuan island, everything is nice and neat. Cities and towns are clearly defined by their protective walls and entry gates. In major cities, super skyscrapers, most have more than 50 floors, dominate most of the city, except for industrial zone which is dominated by mega factories. Most of those mega factories have 5 floors above ground maximum but expand down underground for many levels. There are absolutely no electric pole in any city or town, all electric wires are underground. At night, the entire island is lite up brightly and could be seen from orbiting satellite in space. Guarding this island is a formidable military force that is well trained and well equipped. "A paradise on Earth" many people say in regard of Van Xuan. However, beneath that beautiful surface is an ugly undeclared war. A war of espionage, bloody "incidents" on the high-sea, deadly "accident" deep under the Pacific Ocean and unspeakable conspiracies.

At the Imperial Palace, King Nam Ly is reviewing a proposed covert mission from the Navy. He is a little unsure about it. The mission is to have a pair of submarines to silently wait in deep water of the Eastern Sea of Vietnam until a storm occurred to strike and sink high value ships such as tankers. The storm would mask the attack and the depth of the sea would make sure those sunken ships never reveal the truth nature of their sinking. Ships with nationality from China, and Communist Vietnam are top of the list to be sink. After careful calculation, King Nam Ly nods his head for approval and immediately put the original written proposal into a locked safe box located right behind his thrown seat.
At the naval base of Western Military District, a black limo pass through the guarded gate with guarding soldiers salut whoever in that vehicle. The limo drives into what appear to be a warehouse. About an hour after that, activities of the base begin to pick up speed and volume with more military personnel and military trucks carry carefully covered boxes come into the base. The day pass by with more and more people and military trucks come into the base. At around mid-night, 4 patrol boats of the Comandanti class, depart from the base and head to open water of the Pacific Ocean. Under the wave, unknown and can't be see by the public, 2 submarines of the Type-01 SSK quietly head to their destination with the cover of 4 patrol boats; those patrol boats only escort them to the border of international water before head back to base.
The undeclared war begins.
