Rules & Gameplay:
At the beginning of the game,a player(in this game,the OP,which is me) will be selected as the Dictator.He will have complete power over the republic of Ritimba.
There are 9 sides in this game:
-The dictator
-The secret police
-The peasants
-The army
-The landowers
-The guerillas
-The Leftotans(inhabitants of the republic of Leftoto)
-The russians
-The americans
Rules:
1)The Republic of Ritimba starts with a treasury of 1.000.000.000$ and costs of 500.000$/turn.
2)The dictator is the supreme ruler of Ritimba.The dictator has a maximum life time(dies of old age) of 15 turns.He manages the spendings of Ritimba and pretty much rules everything.
3)The secret police is the dictator's right hand organization.The player who controls the secret police is not allowed to start or even aid any side if a revolution occurs,but it is forced to obey the dictator at all times.
4)The peasants and landowers will be in contradiction pretty much all the time,and the dictator will eventually have to choose who to support.
5)The army is always wanting to make the recruitment numbers higher and acquire new weapons.Without an army,the dictator will not be able to acquire new lands.
6)The guerillas will always be opposed to the government,no matter what.Their strenght will be affected depending how strong the peasants are.
7)The Leftotans' strenght is affected by the trade with Ritimba.The Leftotans may directly attack Ritimba,or be allies with them and aid the leader of Ritimba in case of a revolution,or help the revolutionaries.
8 )The americans are just as the Leftotans.
9)The russians are like the americans and the leftotans.
Gameplay:
1)Each faction has a specific power number.The number depends on the actions of the dictator affect the faction.The minimal strenght of all factions is 0,and the maximum is 4 for the dictator alone,and 9 for the other factions.
2)A revolution may be started by parties which do not like the way the dictator is ruling.In a revolution,the revolutionary faction may ask another 1 faction to help them.After that,the revolution starts and the forces loyal to the dictator(the strenght of the dictator himself,and 2 other factions which he decides to call to his aid).The side with the biggest total strenght points wins.
3)After a successful revolution,the dictator is overthrown and executed.The player who ruled the faction which started the revolution will switch roles with the dictator,the former player who was the dictator becoming the leader of the faction of the revolutionary.
4)After a failed revolution,the factions that tried to overthrow the dictator may not try to start another revolution for 5 turns.
5)A faction can make an assasination attempt on the dictator.For the assasination to be successfull,the faction which attempts it must have a strenght higher than the one of the secret police.
6)A failed assasination attempt results in the faction which attempted it not being able to attempt another for the next 3 turns.
7)A successfull assasination means that the player who eliminated the dictator will switch roles with the player who was the dictator.
8 )If the dictator lives well until his natural death(turn 15),then the secret police will take over,and the player who controls the dictator will become the secret police.
Government Actions:
The dictator is free to do whatever he wants to.He may write new laws that allow people to make opposition parties,introduce conscription into the army,attack guerilla bases,conquer new lands,etc..
The OP(me) decides how will the action of the dictator affect the powers,treasury,etc..
Turns:
A turn passes once all players have posted their actions in that turn.Factions can also do nothing.Factions may post when they attempt an assasination,a revolution,etc..The first to post in the next turn to officially start it must be the dictator.
The dictator is only allowed 1 post per turn.In that post,the dictator may make a maximum of 3 actions.Same goes to all other factions/players

In order to play,simply say which faction you would initially like to be.An IC thread will be made once all positions have been filled.
