Dawn of the Revolution

The year is 1770 and the Americas are in turmoil. Colonists, angry at the British Parliament, have begun to revolt. After many taxes were raised to pay for a earlier, deadly war the Colonists have formed the Sons of Liberty; a organization dedicated to the independence of the American colonies. In response the British have upped the ante by stationing the British Army in Boston, a hotbed of revolution. That is where you come it.

You are a ordinary man/woman just trying to survive but local politics have demanded you take a side in the budding conflict. You can side with the Sons of Liberty and their Patriot movement, a small organization with limited resources that is just starting out. With this brings tremendous consequences though as the British and Loyalists will hunt you relentlessly in an effort to capture or kill you, depending on who you are. They have most of the Northern Colonies behind them. You also could side with the British Redcoats (Lobsterbacks) and their loyalists, the largest, grandest and well trained army in the world. You are tasked with defending the Crown Colonies and keeping them within the British Empire. If you do side with the Redcoats you will be subject to harsh punishments from both the Patriots and the Sons of Liberty who would love to see you tarred, feathered, and ran out of town. You will find most of your friends live in the Southern Colonies.

OOC: Please be Historical and practical. No machine guns and such, no light clothes in the North or heavy clothes in the South. You get the idea. Historical Events can be changed! as such if you play your cards right, we might just be able to come out of this with a Monarchist America

Bio: Born into a wealthy family of southern gentility, Garrison, son to the once governor of the colony of Georgia, is a doctor and local reverend. Suffering a crisis of faith however, in light of new ungodly technological advances, Albridge stepped down from the pulpit to continue advancing his medical practice. A proud father of two sons, both of whom are currently at Harvard attending college, and a husband of 13 years to his wife Catherine, Albridge is southern gentility defined. He is a loyalist through and through, good friends with the crown and current governor of the colony, Albridge finds himslef playing an often pivotal role in local politics. For the time being he sits on his massive plantation in Savannah, and watches the slaves do their work, he can feel the tension in the air...

Short Bio: Gregori Katusha was a Russian man who moved to London at the ripe age of 19 after the Tzar executed his family for "being subversive against the state." When the colonies got antsy he joined the British Army as a Colonel and was sent to the Colonies.

Place of Residence: Boston, Massachusetts Colony
Short Bio: Born to a family of German Immigrants. He was the youngest son of two. His father and Brother took up arms in the name of the King as mercenaries for the Crown, serving as part of George Washington's unit. His father was killed in Duquesne, and his brother died of disease during the journey home.

With this, he is incredibly supportive of a Rebellion against the crown, but also supports an American Monarchy. He is an incredibly religious man, and prays to god before and after every battle. He is a polyglot also, fluent in the native languages, and french and German.

Short Bio: William Bullard was born into a wealthy Family from Maryland. When the French and Indian war broke out, he would join the British Army, and would later see the victory at fort Doleson. When he was 37 his parents died, so he inherited their Family Estate on the Chesapeke. When the taxations begun, he would side with his fellow Americans, and would be one of Marylands delagates to the Continentiel Congress.

After becoming a Colonel he was finished being an active soldier he retired back to New York. He married his lover and had a child. Now with the sparking war he has decided to enlist as a Colonel under General Washington.

Bio(Between 1 and 2 paragraphs): There are many ways to gain glory in this world of ours. Even in Great Britain, there were many different paths to take when trying to press your name in the history books. One can become a charitable man of wealth, or a writer of important documents. One can commit a heinous crime. Alternatively, a man can make sure he was on the tipping of the scales of history, the ink with which it was written. Charles Henry chose the last one. The son of the baron of Portworth, England, he was part of an impoverished family of medium-high blood. A storm left their ship in ruins, Charles being the only one to survive the atrocity. With nothing to inherit but a title, he joined the British army, which promised good loot and plenty of honour for his name. Mentioned in dispatches, and so forth. Not his squandered name, but his prowess while commanding soldiers and the sharpness of his blade made him a colonel in His Majesties army, to do as he was told. He gained lots of wealth during his time as a commander, never really expecting war to break out again in that distant part of the empire. The recent rise in revolutionary fervour proved him wrong, and it seems like he actually has to fight for his name and money now, not something he is looking forward to.
