Queen Lucinda IV, a beautiful but deranged young woman who was on the throne 1876-1879. Lucinda was raised in the 1860s, a bad time for our country and also a bad time for her parents' marriage. This broke down her mental stability. By the time she was enthroned, she was bipolar, sadistic and psychotic. She had prisoners dragged in and fed to starving bears, poisoned all of her lovers and each day had the palace guards mercilessly fire down into the Imperial Square with guns, cannons, crossbows and any other weapon they wanted. On Christmas Day, 1879, she shot herself and her young sister, the infinitely more benevolent Benedetta was named Imperial Queen on New Year's Day 1880.

Dictator Kaarel Soosaar who ruled Estenia from 1932-1986 and he is the reason of the massive reduction of Estenian population between 1932-1986. The Estenians were reduced from 3.2 million people to just 550.000 people. On 1986 Soosaar dies and Estenia regrows.

As much as he had a lot of projects that attempted to make the Philippines a powerful nation in terms of military, he degraded our economy and sent us into the stage of having low quality standards of life. Corazon Aquino and the following incompetent leaderships were only the catalysts to the effects of the Marcos regime in the Philippines.

Luckily, he was tossed of power by the masses during the 1986 EDSA revolution before he could do anymore damage to our country.

Wang Su, a general in the Zhouranese Imperial Army, stages a bloodless coup against Emperor Li Ya on August 7, 1932, in which Wang Su becomes emperor of the Empire of Zhouran. With Wang Su in power, Zhouran becomes a fascist state, similar to Japan. Wang Su begins the modernization of the Zhouranese Imperial Army with assistance from Japan. In the afternoon of September 8, 1956, the People’s Front defeats the demoralized soldiers of the Zhouranese Imperial Army. Wang Su tries to escape to Japan, but was caught. He was later hanged for “bringing chaos to the motherland.”

He did all of this with the support of Congress behind him, who were merely puppets and yes-dinos who agreed with whatever Leonard enacted and did.

His Death Squads killed thousands of non-saurians and his troops even slaughtered entire populations of towns and villages, leaving behind ghost towns, some of which are still abandoned to this day. His dreaded secret police also executed many who openly spoke out against his government and savagely tortured other dissidents and imprisoning them under appalling conditions. Thousands more non-saurians were imprisoned in dozens of internment camps scattered across the country where they were subject to harsh draconian conditions and treatment.

He was eventually overthrown during the Summer Revolution in 1947 though his life was spared by revolution leader (and old friend) Cera Hayworth, who quickly restored order, restored the government, freed those imprisoned by Damon's regime, and tried those who had ordered and carried out the horrific atrocities committed by the Union government.Leonard himself was sent into exile, never again able to return to his fatherland.

As for leaders IN our nation, Strategos Hanno Harradicus Malkar of Clan Katara, commander of the 235th Mechanized Legion, certainly ranks as one of the most controversial, if not necessarily the worst in the usual sense.

Hanno Malkar initially held a reputation as a talented, if somewhat reckless and glory-hounding military commander, earning his nickname "Harradicus", alternatively "Tiger of Harrad", for his resounding success at recapturing the former Imperial world Harrad from the Federation of Mankind during the Reconquest Wars.

His reputation, however, suffered greatly a few decades later as he commanded an invasion force on Hyracor, homeworld of the Furries, a pre-stellar race of fox-like humanoids. Despite promising a quick and easy victory, the Furries showed unexpectedly-determined resistence, contributed to in no small way by a group of human exodites and their technology. What had initially been expected to be a no-contest fight turned into a long and bloody stalemate, and it was only after intervention by the infamous Alpha Legion that the Furries were finally annihilated, the few survivors fleeing into uncharted space on ships fitted with human-tech star drives. The Imperium initially held no intent to invade Hyracor, at least for the time being, and attempted to resolve the situation - the extradition of the human refugees who had been fleeing a purge on the Imperial world Pnakotas for rebellion - by diplomatic means. However, Malkar's quest for glory got the better of him, his recklesness resulting in an armed conflict and the near loss of an Imperial Envoy (who also happened to be his lover).

Malkar's reputation became even more questionable some 15 years later when contact with the independent human faction of Commonwealth of Altoris was established. Using the accidental destruction of a Freelance scout ship as a pretext, Malkar threw his entire legion at the Commonwealth world of Draitous, at the time embattled between Commonwealth and FSA forces, FSA being a splinter faction of the Commonwealth. Despite a complete lack of intel on either factions, Malkar hoped to achieve a quick and decisive victory by sheer surprise, and while initially indeed successful, his forces were eventually broken and routed, forcing him to call in reinforcements against his original intents to capture the world single-handedly.

Moreover, Malkar became involved in an affair with Lady Elizabeth Blackwater, a Commonwealth noblewoman from planet Altmark, which resulted in the birth of a daughter. Curiously, this incident saved him from trial and likely execution or banishment, since he discovered that his mistress and most other Altmarkers were in fact descendants of an early Sidh population thought to be lost in space centuries ago. This and the fact that their daughter thus became the first naturally-born pureblooded Sidh in over five centuries largely saved him, the Empress deeming it a sufficient punishment to force him to enter formal marriage with Lady Blackwater in contradiction to the usual Sidh ways.

Despite all of this, Hanno Malkar is still a prominent military commander within the Imperium, having risen to the rank of Archistrategos for his near-exclusive expertise in fighting against Commonwealth forces. His success despite incidents that would see most other men cast from grace has even given rise to a new proverb "Malkar's luck", referring to great if undeserved luck.

He was elected Prime Minister in 1886 and in a few months, he abused power and became a dictator. Anollasia was a military dictatorship until 1896 when he was overthrown and executed. His execution was the last ever in Anollasian history, as the death penalty was abolished subsequently.

Achasson. He is an evil Achasson, though it's not his fault likely since it is rumored he is under mind control. He's been working on a massacre of humans and pandas alike. He staged a coup and assumed power and has made himself a monarchy.

Czar Sanuinus Argentum, an evil czar who was descended from Roman Emperors, used to have soldiers go into every major city and small village to collect every bit of food for the Regime Army, and every bit of money from citizens. If one person in a village could not hand any over, they would burn that village to the ground and kill every man, woman, and child. If in a major city, they would use flammable rocks to blast entire city squares or cause mass massacres with ancient guns, trebuchets, bows, swords, and more. This lasted from the time he became czar 1682 to his death in 1786 at age 104 (yes he remained leader until then. Even in those times it was almost impossible to live that long), from an assassination during a military speech. After he died, his great grandson Julius Aurum, age 19, became the next and youngest official national leader in our history. His reign was a peaceful one until his death at age 50 from a heart attack.

She was the dumbest leader of our nation and all she did was nothing but to eat chocolate. The whole nation, under her rule, became an 'anarchy with a government'. Political freedoms and civil rights were skyrocketing but the economy was not, people were immigrating all over the world just to avoid Sarette's stupid quotes.

Grand Prince Marcus was responsible for allowing the Exceptionalists to not only rise to power, but take over the entire nation with their self-serving religion while he played a useless puppet. He was deemed clinically insane after an accident destroyed much of the frontal lobe of his brain, but the Exceptionalists insisted that his violent outbursts were signs that "Zwebog" was speaking through him.

Fortunately, His son, the Current Grand Prince, seeks to undo all of his father's handiwork.
