Li Fenghe is the current Vice Chairman of the People's Defense Council and Minister of Defense since January 13, 2011. He is infamous for his ruthless military tactics and inflated ego.

Born to a political family in Shanghai, China on June 22, 1981, Li studied military warfare and politics in the prestigious Peking University in Beijing. During his time in Peking University, Li met Yuehan Yi. Although Li is an ethnic Han Chinese while Yuehan is an ethnic Zhouranese, both dreamed of an Asian superpower nation. Both men became best friends.

In 2008, Li and Yuehan moved to Zhouran. In 2009, Li joined the Zhouranese People's Army Ground Force. When Yuehan Yi was elected as the new Chairman of the People's Defense Council on January 12, 2011, Li went from major to marshal.

Egotistic, dramatic and cruel, he wastes no opportunity to remind friends and foes of his glorious victories. Despite this, he is a true patriot. Nevertheless, he often makes the mistake of underestimating his enemies, and had shown to be unwilling to recognize any superior abilities of his peers, opponents and subordinates.

Li Fenghe and Yuehan Yi are best friends. Li is regarded as the second most powerful man in Zhouran, only behind Yuehan. Unlike Yuehan, Li doesn't socialize with people. Instead, he stays in his apartment, playing video games and watching television.

It can be argued that the second most powerful man in the empire is Reydof Hyss the President as he is the head of the imperial government however he is often called a 'token president' due to the political power wielded by the Emperor. The second most powerful person is Director-General Heydon Gimleh of the Imperial Guard who along with the Imperial Guard are known to be fanatically loyal to the emperor, brutally supressing rebellions, taking the place of the police, the secret police, the military police, the special forces, the emperors personal guard and removing rebellious planetary populations.

Technically speaking the second most powerful person in Afalia is the Prime Minister, Christopher Kelly, with HM Queen Amelia as the most powerful. However the Queen is a constitutional and ceremonial monarch who rarely exercises any powers outside of what her government recommends she do, so in practice the Prime Minister is the most powerful.

The second most powerful person in Afalia therefore is hard to determine. Although he holds the title the Deputy Prime Minister is not considered the second most important and mainly acts as a good lieutenant to the PM. Arguably it is the Chancellor of the Exchequer Jessica Shaw who controls the treasury and economic policy of the nation. Others may claim it is the foreign secretary Jonathan Charles who also holds the honourary position of First Secretary of State, which means he is the most senior or important cabinet minister. The situation is further complicated by the fact that it is unclear who would succeed the prime minister if he suddenly died, something which would give a good indication of who was the second most powerful.

Comrade Vice Premier Dasha Ardelean is the Vice Premier of Ardoki, she is the second most powerful person in the nation after Comrade Premier Aleksandro Dezhnyov the Premier (head of government) of Ardoki. Comrade Vice Premier Dasha grew up in Southern Ardoki to two Llama herders in the Andes. She showed great promise at school, with top results in mathematics, physics and history and graduated top of her high school in 1994. She was accepted into the University of Ardoki Urbo and completed a PhD in Ancient Ardokian History.

For 6 years she was a History teacher in the Barni High School teaching Modern History, but then in 2013 decided to run for the upcoming elections for Premier of Ardoki. She was quite a popular candidate with a lot of younger women voting for her (the older women preferred Comrade Premier Aleksandro Dezhnyov), however Comrade Premier Aleksandro Dezhnyov won the election and became the Premier at just 15 years of age (a new national record). In usual fashion the runner-up was declared Vice Premier, and that was Comrade Vice Premier Dasha.

Comrade Vice Premier Dasha has been instrumental in keeping the nation running perfectly since the 2013 Elections. It is her tireless work that has helped Comrade Premier Aleksandro Dezhnyov run Ardoki. Comrade Vice Premier Dasha is often the public face of the government as Comrade Premier Aleksandro Dezhnyov is often very busy with important work.


Comrade Vice Premier Dasha is a loyal communist who will fight to the death and if necessary, destroy the whole world for the glory of communism. She hates all non-communists (and some communists) with a vengeance and wishes to rehabilitate or destroy them all, just as any good Ardokian does. Erin and Adriano are known to be really close to each other and had been best friends since college. Adriano himself is protected from all kinds of prosecution against him on the grounds of allegations of controlling the media mostly because Terten is his defense attorney.

He is responsible in assisting Terten throughout much of his presidential election campaign, his propaganda methods are all inspired from American, Soviet, Chinese and Nazi methods. He is also considered to be more brutal than Terten since he frequently demands inhumane executions for all of Terten's enemies and is also the one who orchestrated the Sunogabi riots. It is known that he is just a simple police officer but managed to discover his potential for societal manipulation which he considers as his "natural talent". On first look, he will simply look like some happy go lucky nice guy while in fact he is plotting something that is unchristian. He is also known for starting parties in his own house.
It is mentioned by Terten that Adriano has a natural talent when it comes to rappin, break dancing and also that he is very athletic and was a veteran member of the varsity soccer team in Ateneo de Zamboanga university.

There is a rumor that Terten would rig the 2050 presidential elections just so Adriano may be able to succeed him.
