OPs: Corenea, Alouite

Concept: Zombie RP where everyone is a civilian trapped in the zone. The characters don't know how the outbreak started, or what caused it, only that their government has reacted with extreme force; forsaking them to parish along with the 'infected'. No one may leave the zone, and if anyone has come from the outside, it's not a rescue they are planing. Broadcast from the outside world claim the entire zone to be afflicted, thus, only squads of exterminators may enter, and they, do not care if your alive or dead. The government is taking no chances of the outbreak leaving the zone.

Setting Information: Town in Connecticut named Landen. The place is now blocked off from the rest of the world. The story takes place somewhere between 2000 and 2009. It's been anywhere from 11 to fifteen days since the infection, the town is now part of Infected Zone 2, no one may leave, and if any enter.... We are all in a hardware store, which is our base.

Radio Stations
Radio Stations no longer seem to have any staff, instead, the last play list has been set on repeat.

The CD station use to give tips that where found to be useful to the survivors. But, now that Zone 2 has been declared lost, it mostly plays patriotic music such as the Star Spangled Banner, and other rather American tunes with a reminder that this is a the CD station, and that they will get back to the listeners, though they never do.

Overview:
Owen was at his work desk as usual, writing an article about the recent outbreak of a disease in the city. His parents had recently returned to Paris after their monthly visit. He hadn't gotten to the middle of his page when he was distracted by police sirens outside. There were more of those than normal that morning. Assuming that this was a crime of some sort, he grabbed his camera, his notepad, and the ink pen his father had given him.
When he comes outside however, he is caught in a swarm of people, running down the sloped street in a panic. Owen tried his best to hold himself up and not get knocked over, moving through the crowd in an opposite direction. The moment he reaches its edge, he is forced to turn back at the sight of what seemed to be zombies. Hordes of them. He returns quickly to his flat, locks up, and stays in his bedroom.
Equipment:
Whatever he can find in his apartment later.

Overview: Savannah was just returning home from work when she heard about the outbreak. She locked the hardware store and quickly made a makeshift club for defense. Living alone at the age of 26, she has no intention in dieing.

Equipment: A makeshift club (a wooden board with two long nails screwed through the top) and a fire axe

-Survival Knife: A large knife with a 9 inch blade that can be used as a multi-tool as well as hand-to-hand combat and for skimming and gutting dead animals for food.
-Remington 770 Hunting Rifle: A rifle favored by hunters, assassins and gun enthusiasts alike. It is a bolt action, .308 Winchester rifle with a 5 round detachable box magazine retaining an effective range at up to 800 Meters making this rifle perfect for taking down deer and people alike.

It just happened that we always think of it, it isnt' something we do because it's planned, it just happens.

It might go back to Manns Harbor, the first city of OM&T.

Overview: Andrew was at the Perkins Harwdare Emporium when the panic began. He was given the option to stay with the owner or leave and fend for himself, he chose the former. Now when the dead again walk on this earth his belief will either be tempered by the hardships of disaster or shattered by the horrors of this new world.
Equipment: Old Meat Packing Knife & Hoe for weapons. Comes equiped with a bible and sin absolving action.
