These groups primarily consist of Ukrainians, Poles, Serbs, Czechs, Georgians, Lithuanians and Chechens. New immigrants who are not part of one of these ethnic groups are generally expected to learn Russian and while they're not necessarily expected to assimilate to Russian culture, they are expected to not try to force us to change to accept their culture because if we want to accept their cultural, it will gradually be accepted over time as happened with the other cultural groups and forcing us to accept it will just make the average Gvozdevski citizen hate you and your people.

Hell, some of the President's kids are even fans of these shows.
