We speak Slovenan Emen, which is the Slovenan dialect of the Emen language, originating in a country (Nation M) in our continent. Other languages spoken are Elanori Emen, English, and Qur'anic Arabic (an ancient form of Arabic) that's taught in schools when learning about Islam (Christians and Jews also learn it).

Exampes:
Slovenan Emen: Dassis Lebet istkim gu schön
Elanori Emen: Das Lebeneg istem schön
English: Life is beautiful

The official language of the Hegemony is Tavan, Te Ijeva Tavan in itself. It is an auxiliary language, nominative-accusative, with an SVO syntax. The language is highly agglutinative, with the sentence "Life is beautiful" being rendered informally as a single word, aveseri. Differences in the level of formality greatly affect how sentences are constructed, however. In the most formal possible rendition, the same sentence would be te vuleva teneri lyenekava. Naturally, this second version is much more precise and descriptive, but it's also somewhat unwieldy, meaning formal ways of speaking are limited to situations where time is not an issue.

Tavan is capitalized when referring to a societal construct, such as the military or language.
It is left lowercase when referring to an individual organism or a biological characteristic.

English.

There is also a 'language of touch' in our nation, which some women use at specific social gatherings and so on. I suppose its closest equivalent would be sign language as it uses mainly the hands and arms, but obviously every message is conveyed through physical contact.

We are working on building the vocabulary for this as it is becoming very popular. Right hand to left shoulder, for example, means 'follow me'. A gentle stroke upwards along the thigh is a compliment on the person's appearance. And so on..

Lunakan. It's rather easy to learn, with it's very simple vocabulary, but it's pronunciation is very strange and distinct from most other languages, and there's a joke about it: Q:"What do you do if you see an alien?" A:"Get a Lunakan; He'll understand it!"

On a federal level, Radiatian is the official language, however as Radiatia is a multilingual federation, states often have their own regional/co-official languages, with many other languages being spoken besides Radiatian, notably including English.

The Radiatian language originated in the state of Radia, and although 99% of Radiatians speak it, only 20% speak it as a native language.

The Radiatian alphabet is fairly phonetic, and contains 36 letters, with 10 additional letters to the 26 used by the Roman alphabet.

It is generally considered a Slavic language, however it has Germanic and Japonic influences. The Germanic influences come from the nations located west of the Radiatian Federation such as Arcarctona and Loeitaria, while the Japonic influences can be attributed to the influence of Tuthina in the east.
