What do you think about Glenn Beck

I don't like him. He says lots of crap to get attention. His crying bit is just.....cant even describe it. I find him to be rude and willing to do anything that will embarrass those he does not like or who oppose him.

he's an Opinionizer. like O'Reily. he doesn't 'report the news' he 'reports his opinions of the news'. so in that context. he's entertaining, but everything he says is basically his opinion or his interpretation of the news.

For the audience here, let me help you out--because it does get confusing. The three hours you spend in the morning with "Fox & Friends": not news. Your 4 o'clock to 5 o'clock post-tea and crumpets Neil Cavudo break: not news. The 5 o'clock to 6 o'clock emotional whirlwind and national group therapy session that is Glenn Beck: not even close to news.

O'Reilly, Hannity, van Susteren-en-en-en: not news. This is according to Fox News. Those people--the ones featured in promos about how fair and balanced Fox News is--are not news. These people--otherwise known as the only people you ever think of when you think of Fox News--are not news. They are Fox 'opinutainment.'

beck is annoying and repeats things, more of an attention whore than a news casters if thats what his job actually is. but every now and then he smashes the nail on the head and makes great points. otherwise he is just another attention whore :l

He's a whiner. A weepy whiny little ratings whore with less journalistic integrity than Comical Ali. I find it amazing that so many people hang in rapt awe on the mouth-droppings of such a complete pussy.

But other than that, he seems like a nice guy. :)

As an opinutainer Beck is quite good, I believe he has high ratings.

Trouble is people in the U.S. think that Fox's opinutainment is a legitimate source of news and information.
