Serovskya, Soviet Socialist Republic of Osea"We're going to intervene. It would be absurd for us not to".
That was the responce of Aleksander Mironov, the new Premier of Osea, upon hearing the first report made on the East Congaree annexation of Southern China, using the latest information available. He was in a conference room in the Kremlin, with many of his top advisors and ministers present. After a short moment, he continued "So, how should we respond?".
Nikita Izvolsky, the Osean Foreign Minister, was the first to respond. "At the moment, those arrayed against East Congaree have a numerical disadvantage. If we send a message, informing them that we will take action if they stay, the threat will be hopefully be enough that they will leave, once there is more of a threat to them". Then Nikolay Zinoviev, the Minister of Defence, added "Stoklomolvi is presently at war with the Grand World Order. With their support of the Grand World Order, I doubt they would want to divert their forces to fight us. If they don't leave in spite of that, we should be able to handle them".
Mironov replied "It will take sometime to assemble the forces needed. Let's give them a week. That should give us enough time to prepare. Now, we have other mattters to discuss".

Your annexation of Southern China has reached our ears and it angers us. This is a horrible violation of the rights of the Chinese. We believe that all people have the right to lead themselves and this action denies that to the Chinese. Our demand concerning this is simple. We will give you one week to either renounce your annexation or reach an agreement with us that will negate the issue. If neither of these happen after the week given expires, there will be a state of war between our two nations.
Sincerely,
Aleksander Mironov,
Premier of the Socialist Republic of Osea,
Chairman of the Central Commitee of the Osean Communist Party
