Who are you rooting for to win this year's World Series?

I was born and raised a Yankee fan, even if I'm now a non-practicing Yankees fan.

6-4 in the top of the 7th now. :D

BTW, did you see A-Rod's HR? I was half expecting a shattered lens, and a better view of the ball when it hit. Still, the umpires got the call right.

Like I said, I've been a fan since birth (I grew up watching them on channel 11 out of NY, back when A/B switches were common, and when channel surfing required someone to sit by the TV and manually turn the channel knob, then fine tune for the best picture). I cheered every time Mr October took his place in the batter's box. I cried in 1979 when Thurman Munson was killed in a plane crash. I was witness to the pine tar incident (and subsequent loss). I'm not a fair weather fan, I've been a fan through all the highs and lows.

Phillies all the way, Yankees blow.

Obviously, with 40 trips to the World Series and 26 (hopefully soon to be 27) Championships, the Yankees DON'T blow.

You can't use stats from other years, It has to be pertaining to this year, and they do not blow this year, The Yankees have great players, but a terrible manager, unlike the phillies who have both.
