You get $48 billion and you can spend it how ever you want
A 96% chance of becoming Delegate [Leader] Of the region
And much much more!

Even if you just want to stop in for a day and see how you like it would be totally fine to!

Even most of the regions that don't currently have Founders are off-limits: The only ones from which you can 'legally' try to recruit in any way (without a specific invitation to do so) are 'The Pacific', 'The South Pacific', The West Pacific', The North Pacific', 'The East Pacific', 'The Rejected Realms', and 'Lazarus'...

Can't you also recruit in the Warzones?

That's a good question. I saw some regional ads in the RMB of the only 'Warzone' that i can remember ever looking at, last week, so presumably that is legal there -- at least when approved by the current Delegate -- but I don't know about TGs.
Then again, on the other paw, how many of the nations that are involved in 'Warzone' activities do you think are actually likely to interested enough in finding a long-term home elsewhere to respond favourable to a recruiting TG?

I agree, I don't recruit for Inner Mongolia in Warzones, just thought you could, I never saw the point.

You can recruit in them, but its pretty pointless.
