Damn, why didn't the US just call bad form on Japan, or Seoul on Pyongyang? Could have saved a lot of bother!

Well, see, in RL, there's only IC, technically. Obviously Stok wouldn't tell the GWO ICly, but still, it'd be much preferable if he told me OOCly.
