His capture would be requested by reward dead or alive by any member of our society. If alive we believe it's necessity to resort to violence for self defence. If a criminal cannot be otherwise made to stop engaging in criminal behavior, then they are justifiably killed.

He would be referred to trial by supreme court in presence of independent observes as district court doesn't have authority to handle such severe cases.
Provided that supreme court finds him guilty of all the offences stated, he would be exiled to dump island category 0 (full of radioactive waste and other substances deemed to be acutely hazardous to human life). If it is deemed that he is likely to escape: he will die in a tragic accident.

Make him suffer through an equivalent of each crime he did (IE getting raped, getting shot, getting stabbed, etc.), then gut him and put him for public display (like Benito Mussolini).

He would face the maxim,um possible sentence in our nation which is life in prison with possibility after parole after 30 years in the nations most secure supermax prison. Due to the nature of his crimes, it's pretty much impossible that's he'll ever be granted parole.

Vettrera's Top Sentence is known as "Organized Torture"
where he would be tortured daily to the point of death, but
would never formally be executed. This is a life sentence, and
cannot be stopped no matter how much the convict wishes for death.
