There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged.
One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.—John Rogers

All terms are agreed to, except for the stricken ones. Australia happily agrees to accept the the Indian Prime minister. Australia also queries if the Indian nation would like to form an official alliance with one other coastal or island nation, though Australia is still waiting on Mexico's response.
The prison is nearing completion. Australia sends out a mass message to almost all the nations of the world, stating:
Dear Leaders,
Australia has nearly completed construction of a massive, high-security prison. We are accepting prisoners from all nations with overpopulated jails for a sum of $1,000. Send the prisoners and the money, and we will hold the convicts for as long or as little as wanted. Executions may also be performed for an extra $500, but only if the prisoners are justly convicted and tried.
