What is your opinion of this NSG?

I think that they really don't need it. Why not just become German citizens? But one way or another, they will get it.

EDIT: They claim it is not a realistic movement, but this is interesting nonetheless.

Normally the OP states their opinion first.

BUT, my opinion is that it would solve the Palestine-Israel issue if Israel then just moved. That said, I highly doubt anything will happen.

I'm not sure...I'm German but I don't know how to feel. They have Israel, but I think one way or another, they will get a state in Germany.

Personally, I don't think they will. There's no momentum to create this. And I don't see modern day Germany helping out any time soon.

Btw, is this an independent state or a Bundesland? I couldn't find it quickly on that site and I didn't want to dwell too long.

And what about everyone else that is living in Weimar? Bad idea is bad.

The Jews in Germany are not concentrated in a single geographic area, so it does not make sense to have a Jewish state.

The last time enough momentum was created to establish a Jewish state was right after a mass genocide.

So, unless that happens again, I doubt enough momentum will take place.

Simply put: I don't see it happening anytime soon.

Meh, that's stupid. Other than being a place where they were killed off en masse, Germany really doesn't have historical significance for the Jewish people, and there's no real justification for trying to form a Jewish state there. If you really want to live in a Jewish state outside of Israel, Russia has a constituent Republic dedicated to that, IIRC.

FUCK NO. Europe is no place for confessional countries. If people (whatever ethnicity/religion/nationality) want to live in Thuringia, they can apply for German citizenship or for a permanent residence visa. And live by the law of the country.

But one way or another, they will get it.

Yeah, let's deport all the Thuringians to make way for the immigrants who want to create their own country on the Thuringians' territory. Or force them to become citizens of a country they didn't want to be part of in the first place.
