Hmm, Guanzhong's is kind of cool, but it sounds more like a clue in a crossword puzzle than a nation's motto. I keep scanning it to see if it forms a meaningful acronym or something. Then again, it does have a kind of quirky appeal to it. I'll say 6/10.
