On December 27, 2011, the entire Constitutional Monarchy of Tali'Zora waited with bated breath for news regarding a plane crash which severely injured His Royal Highness Prince Andrew Flioli V, the heir apparent to the Tali'Zorican throne.

Five days later, shortly after one o'clock in the afternoon, Prince Andrew was pronounced dead at Thomas Cahill Memorial Hospital, thus displacing the Flioli line of succession into confusion. The only heir (or in this case, heiress) remaining for the throne was Queen Karina Flioli's daughter Princess Juliet Marie Flioli II. However, under the terms of the Tali'Zorican constitution, a child of the monarch cannot become the heir apparent unless he or she marries before the death of the Queen. Princess Juliet is unmarried, and the Queen has been diagnosed with terminal cancer at 59 - it is estimated she has little more than five months to live. Unless Juliet marries before August, the Tali'Zorican monarchy would dissolve into chaos, with no ruling monarch upon the throne.

Noticing that Princess Juliet has grown disinterested with potential husbands from Tali'Zora, Queen Karina has put out an open call for anyone who may be interested in marrying the Princess to the entire world. The Queen and King Consort, along with input from the Princess and the royal family's counselors, will be making the decision as to who will eventually marry the Princess to become the next King Consort of Tali'Zora upon the death of the Queen.

And so the search begins, for, as the chief of the Royal Advisors states, 'there shall be no heiress without a consort'...

The new heiress (albeit presumptive) to the Tali'Zorican throne, 27-year-old Princess Juliet Marie Flioli is the daughter of Queen Karina Flioli and King Consort Stuart Flioli. Coming from a long history of rich royals, Juliet is extremely finicky when it comes to what she seeks in a man, and her 'hard-to-get' attitude tends to shift the playing field in her favor - the only men she ever warms up to are those which suit what she and she alone seeks. The Princess may seem a bit domineering at times, perhaps even arrogant, though she hides one of the most caring personalities west of the Cardona Ridge.

Born on December 23, 1994, Juliet II was raised royal - tutored by her parents and older brother Andrew, Juliet gained her royal personality in her early years. By age 16, she was officially named part of the Royal Line of Succession for the Tali'Zorican throne, and at age 18, she went to the prestigious Salamanca-Cardona University, gaining herself multiple degrees in various subjects over nine years. Her arrogance derives somewhat from the fact that she has excelled in her studies, but also from the fact that she is royalty, and most - but not all - royals do bear some of that royal arrogance.

It should be noted that Princess Juliet was injured in a fall off a horse three years ago, and has not fully recovered. The reason behind this is as yet unknown.

The Flioli Palace, the capitol of the Constitutional Monarchy of Tali'Zora, will be the main setting for this RP, though a few other Salamanca buildings and landmarks shall also be featured. As figured, the Palace is the residence of the House of Flioli and the reigning monarchy. The palace's intricate design belies its natural beauty - many of the rooms have been preserved to nearly their original state, and those that have not been so well-preserved still maintain the feel of the original 1717 design, or whatever design they may carry. The many rooms of the castle are often Gothic in style, though some contemporary art has been found in the newer sections of the grand palace. The palace staterooms (concentrated in the original 1717 palace and in the 1893 addition, though found throughout the palace) are often left empty for the highest of dignitaries, though the Queen and King Consort have decreed that the staterooms shall be open to all of Juliet's suitors.

The original 1717 palace (royal chambers, 15 staterooms, 1 kitchen and dining hall, 2 meeting halls, recreation chamber) was added on to in 1743 (in the style of 1717 - additional kitchen and dining hall, art display chambers), 1819 (the year the House of Flioli took the throne - throne room, athletic chambers), 1844 (in the style of 1717 - expanded dining halls, Turkish bath, expansion of royal chambers of the 1717 palace - was rebuilt after the 2009 fire), 1893 (12 staterooms, expanded original & built new athletic chambers), 1965 (expanded staterooms and athletic chambers), 1999 (third dining hall, grand meeting room, Senate chambers), and 2011 (in the style of 1717, to replace the 1999 addition destroyed in the 2009 fire) - third dining hall rebuilt, grand meeting room rebuilt, senate chambers rebuilt, new staterooms). It was also renovated in 2003 - while completely preserving the 1717 architecture, the castle was modernized, giving it access to modern conveniences whilst maintaining the Gothic look and feel of the castle.

A fire in 2009 destroyed the 1999 addition and severely damaged the 1844 addition, along with causing extreme stress on the 1717 structure due to loss of support for the remaining portion of the 1844 addition. In a successful attempt to protect the 1717 palace from structural collapse, firefighters were forced to destroy much of the remaining 1844 addition (which was supported only by the aging 1717 structure at that point). It was later rebuilt using period materials and blueprints, and finished in 2011. The 1999 addition was never rebuilt, and it was replaced by a 1717-style addition, which was finished days before Prince Andrew's death. The 1717 exterior and support structures were also redone, to provide them more protection against fire and structural damage (the interior architecture was unchanged).

Princess Juliet enjoys spending time in the lilac gardens of the castle, along with the garden trellis group outside the smaller of the three dining halls. Within the castle, she enjoys keeping to the original 1717 palace, and has a strange dislike of the newer sections, bar the 1743, 1844, and 2011 additions, which were close enough to the 1717 design as to merit Juliet's occasional visitation.

Born and raised in The Republic of Grohevalle, Lord Groh is a prime example of Eburnea's proud diplomatic link to foreign countries. He moved to Eburnea at the age of 6 and lived in Laartica town in the rural countryside. Once he graduated from the Grohevaller Royal City University of Mathematics (in Eburnea), Lord Groh was invited to join the League of Actuaries (as stated above), one of Eburnea's richest trusts. If this was not prestigious enough, Lord Groh made a huge profit of 2 billion Sirhad (worth about 1 billion US Dollars) by investing in the Eburnean and Grohevaller stock markets and by buying a series of properties. This was enough for him to purchase the Museum of Modern Art in Eburne City (our capital).

Lord Groh has had few long-term relationships in the past but is regarded as rather reserved. The most recent relationship he was in was with an Eburnean woman named Elisabeth Sahr with ended rather suddenly, greatly upsetting Lord Groh. He can be seen grieving this loss and he is waiting for a kind woman to take his heart and restore his confidence. He has no current health problems and is a lover of fitness, enjoying numerous sports in his spare time.
