Cosgravian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Ministry sent a telegram revoking their previous offer. They gave them an ultimatium : withdraw your troops from our land by 12 noon, or our troops shall hunt them down. Our airforce shall blitz your towns and cities, your military installations and your government buildings. We shall be at full scale nuclear war by this time tommorrow if you do not surrender.

Captain Harriot McVey led his 90 troops silently through the forest. The enemy encampment came slowly into view. He ordered his troops to stop, and waited for further orders.

To this effect, the Frateranian Admiralty has decided to dispatch the following: HIMS Ares, HIMS Mars (Both Impervious Class Destroyers) and the Aircraft Carrier HIMS Falcon. Each ship shall have a detachment of a thousand marines, along with seventeen Sea-Tiger Fighter Aircraft aboard the HIMS Falcon. With your permission, these ships shall enter your territorial waters forthwith. More troops may be dispatched in a rapid response task-force should the situation deteriorate.

With the Republicans crushed, Emperor Charles turned his attention to the Red Army. The cowards had set up a last stand at the abandoned Alenia Power Station. Charles ordered his Multinational Taskforce (he thought it sounded quite cool, like something out of that video game his son played, Modern Warfare 3) to attack them. He then telephoned his wife.
"Hello ?"
"Alexia, is that you?"
"Oh, Charlie! Thank God you're alright. We heard about the raid."
"Yes, it was successful. I'm ordering a last attack on the Red Army. We'll have them crushed within hours."

Alenia Power Station
The feeble defensive wall constructed by the Reds crumbled under the tracks of the MT's tanks. Several legions and battalions rushed through the gaps, opening fire on the hapless Communists. They were falling over each other attempting to escape their fate. Nothing could stop the MT soldiers. After around 40 minutes of massacre, a stragly band of injured Reds stumbled up to Supreme Commander Frederick von Reekinbagh, leader of the MT, waving a white flag. The Revolution was finally over.

Present Day.
Cosgravia's foreign ministry contacted Pzetrovlaskia's government. They offered several points to end their conflict.
1- Your former Royal Family, it has been discovered, is related to our own. We offer them sanctuary, as well as titles and land.
2- Your fleet shall leave our territorial waters imediately.
3- Your government shall recognise our government as legitamite and fit to rule OUR people
4- You shall give our armed forces ALL the supplies you were deliervering to the rebels.

RP-Capitain Walcroft heard Pvt Ghosts' scrawny northern accent on the short ranged transmitter placed on his shoulder. "Sir, we've got multiple enemy Tangoes closing in on our position.
-Number estimation? Replied Walcroft.
-About 90+ foot mobiles from what I can tell, they look like Cosvonian special forces.
-Ok! Get to defensive positions!"

The enemy force approached the encampment carefully. They outnumbered Capitan Walcrofts' forces 2 to 1, but the Ogryns division were some of the best trained soldiers on the planet.

Ghosts' voice crackled through the radio again "They are in position sir.
-Weapons free, replied Cap Walcroft"

Instantly, the first 10 soldiers of the Enemy spec ops collapsed as silent rounds from the Orgryns NPAR assault rifles punched into their head. The remaining enemy forces jumped to cover as a massive firefight started.

About half an hour after the first shot was fired the dead lay everywhere in heaps. But Capitian Walcroft was not dead. He had spotted the enemy leader with one soldier for company, they were hiding near a massive oak tree. He pulled out his USP 45 side arm and a tactical knife and made a lunge for both of them. In the same motion, he plunged his knife into the soldiers' heart and fired two rounds into the enemy leaders' head.

Suddenly, Captain Walcroft heard someone shout" Incoming Javelin!". The last thing Walcroft could do before his limp body was thrown in the air by a gigantic explosion was look at the name badge of the dead enemy leader. It said" Capitain McVey, Cosgrovnian army"

Captain McVey was dead. The bullets from the enemy captain had killed him on the spot. The explosion had killed the enemy captain. The other ST troops continued battling the remnants of the enemy. When it was over, they gathered around McVey. His sergent looked around. 50 of his troops remained alive, while the entire enemy force lay dead. He couldn't help feel sorry for them. They were brave, it seemed. He looked at his dead captain.

"Gather up our dead. Call in some helicopters to take away the dead from both sides." he murmered to his second in command.

Imperial Palace, Alenia
Charles' family would be returning from Danielsburg later that evening, so he decided to tour the hospitals to visist the injured soldiers. The Saubrian troops had left from the Imperial Dockyards that morning. Thousands had turned out to see them off, and witness the dedication of the ship the emperor had ordered to thank the Saubrian government.
"I name this ship, the HMS Maximillian. May God bless her and all who sail in her!"

He wrote a letter to Pzetrovlaskia

"I am writing to express my sadness and condolences following your troops deaths. They fought bravely against my troops. We have a ship ready to transport their bodies back to yourselves. We offer a hand of friendship, and hope that this marks an end to our conflict."

I thank you for the offer of recuperation of the bodies of Regiment 5 of the Ogryns division, which we thought lost at sea because of our inability to contact them. I gladly accept the offer, and in exchange offer the release of all Imperialist prisoners, they have been detained in safe and humane conditions since the start of the conflict.
I too offer my condolences to the people of Cosgrovnia and their allies with which whom I hope that our relationships will only improve. We invite your Emporer to a war memorial service in our capital city, Beograd. We wait for you with impatience.

He travellled to Alenia International Airport. There, he telephone Alexandria.
"Alexia, I'm going to Beograd for a war memorial service. I'll see you in a few days.

As Emporer Charles stepped our of his private jet, President Netherland reached forwards and shook his hand. They then walked into the Presidents private Limousine. And Emporer Charles received his 3 day trip plan.

Day1- Arrival and Banquet at the Glass House (equivalent of the White House in the USA) with the President

Day2- Memorial service at the Saint Feilds for the commemoration of the 5 000 dead Pzetrovlaskian servicemen and 2000 dead servicemen of the Imperial alliance.

Day3- Speech by Emporer Charles on PBC live broadcast and departure.

Charles watched the world go by from the limosuine. In the cars following, his Ministers for Foreign Affairs, Diplomatic Relations and Reconcilliation sat in silence. They were hoping to meet their counterparts.

Alexandria sat in her study. She was glad to be home with her children, but missed her husband. She wrote out letters to the Pzetrovlaskian nobles who had arrive at the Summer Palace. She hoped that Charles would arrange for the other nobles to come and live in Alenia too.

A Pleasant surprise awaited Emporer Charles at the banquet. The ex-royal family of Pzetrovlaskia had also been invited and were to accompany him back to Cosgrovinia where their land and title awaited them.

Emperor Charles was stunned. His recently discovered relatives were waiting for him. He shook each of their hands, his face etched with a huge grin. He made an announcement.

"Seeing as you're all here, I'll say it now. You are to inherit the previously defunct title of the Duke of Zakkori, a small town 200km east of Alenia. Your residence shall be the Zakkori Palace, a 4 floored 400 roomed manor in the centr of the town."

The second day of the visit, during the speech at the memorial, President Netherland said:
"We would like to say sorry personally to the Nation of Cosgrovnia. Our misjudgment saw you as an unfair dictatorship that oppressed it's people. We are not against Imperialisim, we are for freedom in general, and are looking to make a better world for everyone."
