Thomas Pollenger's New Proposal

Under the new administration, The Nation of Nodsliw would like to welcome new international connections. By filling out the application, and after being accepted, the participating nation will be encouraged to send ambassadors to Nodsliw. These ambassadors will be given diplomatic immunity. Upon signing the following agreement, you are agreeing to the new "one strike" policy. If your ambassador, their family or staff commit a crime on Nodsliwian soil - they will be deported and this contract may be deemed void. However, if the actions of the ambassador, their family or staff are personal (not on behalf of their nation) then a new ambassador will be welcome to replace the deported one. The State Department will be handling all applications. Thank you on behalf of President Balonovo.

Please note: For an ambassador to be deported, he or she must have broken a law or have shown major unprofessionalism. The action of deportation will include the ambassador, their family and foreign staff (staff they have brought with them from their nation). The Secretary of State, the current President or the Vice President are the only parties who can order the deportation of an ambassador, their family and staff.

Thank you for also requesting an embassy, and of course you're accepted. We appreciate your willingness to pay for extra costs. However, the State Department has one concern of embassy security. Your security detail will be wielding only swords, when firearms are present in Nodsliw. It would be awful if the embassy, for what ever reasons, came under attack and the guards were unable to protect themselves properly. The Department of Justice, ran by Secretary of Justice Timothy Nodsliw, would be willing to send a team of Nodsliwian Police Officers to work closely with your security team.
