This causes communication to be extremely difficult, and I've given up telling everyone to just message this account, because they DON'T. Ever had an argument with someone concerning a badly sent telegram where you only send one telegram between each other every 20 days? You forget what you last set and when it takes a philosophical turn, your dooooooooooooomed. Naturally these people won't send to your main. Why would they? "I'M ARGUING WITH YOU, FOOL!"
What I propose is to have the ability to redirect the telegrams that you recieve on your puppet nations to your main nation. On the puppet you would choose where your telegrams are to be redirected, and on your main you would have a list of nations that you would accept telegram redirection from. In redirected message would be a link to the nation that the telegram was redirected from (either at the top, bottom or side). This kind of feature would make my life (and arguments and other stuff) a lot easier.

I'm pretty sure thats not true - unless he was accessing all those nations at the same time. Even so, with the number of nations in NS, it wouldn't really have much of an affect.
On topic - I guess one way of forcing people to TG your main nation would be to fill up the inbox of your puppet (send the TGs from another of your nations), save all the telegrams, and then set your motto to 'Send telegrams to mainnationname'. That way, if people want to contact you, they'd have to contact your main nation, as the inbox of the puppet would be full.
