1 - What is the legal drinking age? Calculated based on a complex calculation that makes sure that only people who are fully physically developed can get it.

2 - Driving age? 15 to drive on Highway 1 and all numbered streets ending in 3 on the Longjong ridge, which is home to 70 million of Changchu's 73 million residents; 16 to drive on other roads on the ridge, and 18 to drive on roads down to the coasts.

3 - Age of sexual consent? 12 for minor-on-minor sex, 18 for adult-on-adult sex.

4 - Voting age? The Changko Reform Committee is suggesting 18.

5 - At what age would someone become an adult (free from parental control)? 18 on the Longjong ridge and further west, the moment you're born in the Eastern Wastes.

6 - What types of recreational drugs (if any) are legal? Anything made or grown in Changchu, with Changko equipment and ingredients, that isn't measurably irradiated.

7 - Can people have guns? Gun ownership is allowed; houses with east-facing views on the east side of the Longjong ridge are expected to have a Gatling gun on their balcony which is locked to a 180-degree horizontal firing radius, to defend against wasteland raiders.

8 - What is the official full name of your country? The Peoples' Federal Democratic Changko Republic of Shudong Coast, Longjong Ridge, Lingfan City and the Kunban Plains.

9 - Do you have the death penalty? It can be used for any crime or as punishment in a civil suit at a judge's discretion.

10 - What is the speed limit? Technically, there's no speed limit. On Highway 1, cars incapable of 240km/h are banned; people are expected to go at 200. On Highway 2, there is a mandatory 120km/h minimum speed. On the Longjong ridge road network, due to traffic, it's hard to go faster than 60km/h. On the roads out into the Eastern Wastes, you are encouraged to go as fast as you can to avoid getting caught by raiders in old cars. The Shudong Coast region is the only place where people willingly go at speeds under 90km/h.

21 - Fishing - Legal; fish from east of the Lonjong Ridge cannot be sold outside of the Eastern Wastes because they are often irradiated with radioisotopes that people who aren't from the Eastern Wastes won't be able to handle.

22 - Eating meat - Completely legal.

23 - Littering - Illegal everywhere but the Eastern Wastes.

24 - Unisex bathrooms - Only exist in older ultra-high-density developments.

26 - Gay marriage? - Technically, marriage is man-on-woman.

27 - Abortion - Varies by region.

28 - What types of sexual activity (if any) are illegal - Rape, adult-on-child, intentionally dangerous and bestiality, although sex between two sentient beings of different species is fine.

29 - Is your country's/culture clothing optional or mandatory - Vigilante fashion mobs make sure that the fashion douchetacularity level is sufficiently high.

30 - Do you have obscenity laws? If so - how would you define "obscene" - Anything that offends a 75% supermajority of the populace is obscene; thus, things like maximum speed limits, atheism and copyright enforcement on the Internet are technically obscene.

31-What system do you have for taxes - Through a massive programme written in assembly language that is about a terabyte in size and runs on a 3-pFLOP supercomputer, a single personal tax for the year is calculated. Some included variables: credit score, house size, virginity status, number of pets, number of acquittals, estimated kills in war, and whether you're a juggalo or not.

32 - What is the criterion for someone to pass to become a citizen - 5 years as a resident with no criminal convictions, motor vehicles offenses or civil suits filed against you. If you are not of an eligible species, you must demonstrate a capability for abstract thought by writing a letter asking for citizenship.

33 - What types of people do you allow (or not allow) into your country - Anyone but people with a current criminal record or more than their annual disposable income in outstanding debt.

34 - What type of government are you - A dynamic, ever-changing colossus with no real structural direction.

35 -To what degree is your government allowed to censor or restrict the media - The government is the only commercial media producer; most people buy newspapers from non-profit organisations dedicated to accurate, unbiased news.

36 - Aside from laws - what sort of unofficial (and unenforced) cultural rules and traditions do you have - People tend to celebrate whenever it makes financial sense to do so, and people are pressured to adhere to stereotypes; for example, black people are expected to get surgical lip enlargement and furries are expected to always go out in public wearing a fursuit. Not adhering to stereotypes makes some people feel dumb for not knowing what demographic you fit in to, so it's considered courteous to stick with what people expect to see.

Aquairia

1 - What is the legal drinking age? There is no alcohol in Aquairia, and its citizens strongly appose the stuff.

2 - Driving age? There are no cars

3 - Age of sexual consent? Aquairia has laws to go along with this but the age of sexual consent is any age, the main limiter is the person you’re with can be no more then two years younger or older until the individual is 18.

4 - Voting age? There’s no voting

5 - At what age would someone become an adult (free from parental control)? Depends on the species, how ever since no one ages the same, a series of tests are there for citizens to take when they feel they are ready, how ever it’s defaulted for all races that if they haven’t gone through the tests by 18 then they are declared an adault.

6 - What types of recreational drugs (if any) are legal? There are some types of stimulants which have created (with no adverse side affects) by the government that are used quite often, however all outside drugs such as pot, speed, ect are strickly illegal and individuals caught with them…..well they’re in for an unpleasant ‘event’.

7 - Can people have guns? Yes, how ever you must have a license and then have the weapon registered

8 - What is the official full name of your country? What is the informal name? What are people of your nation called Formal: The Aquairian Empire Informal: Aquairia Citizens: Aquairians

9 - Do you have the death penalty? Yes

10 - What is the speed limit? There are no cars

11 - What types of religions would are permitted or restricted? It isn’t a law but the citizens of Aquairia protest against all organized religions.

12- Porn – There are restrictions on live action porn, how ever all of it is allowed as long as all individuals in it agreed to it. All forms of written or other types of porn such as hentei and drawn porn have no restrictions because every knows, it’s just fiction.

13-Prostitution – It’s not illegal but it doesn’t exist, there’s no need.

14-Polygamy/ Polyandry/ Polyamory – Marriage is rare, but it is always a polygamy relationship.

15-Homosexuality – VARY common, but the most common sexuality is Pansexuality, since with the diversity of races, there are more then just two genders in the citizens of Aquairia.

16-Stem cell research – Done quite often. It’s lead to many medical breakthroughs.

17-Human Cloning – Human and other species cloning is done regularly.

18-Cock Fighting? A rare occurrence, if people want to see fighting they usually goes to the arenas to watch criminals fight wild beasts or each other.

19-Slavery? – Forced slavery is illegal, how ever many individuals have chosen to become others’ slaves or pets.

20-Hunting? Legal but has strict guide lines and limitations

21-Fishing – same as above.

22-Eating meat? Is comepletely normal, citizens eat beef from pasteurized cows, or eat chickens and so on, how ever the types of meat are regulated, so the majority of meat is cow, pig, chicken and so on.

23-Littering? Un heard of, though not illegal, the citizens rarely litter, and if they do always pick it up later, and citizens have often beat tourists who litter.

24-Unisex bathrooms? – Quite common

25-Suicide? – Unheard of, the thought of killing ones self is seen as a cowards way out and seen as worse then anything that could be troubling them.

26 - Gay marriage? – Is just as common as a normal marriage.

27-Abortion – Used and not looked down upon, how ever they aren’t put in the “GOOD THINGS TO DO” either.

28- What types of sexual activity (if any) are illegal ? Almost anything as long as the person doesn’t die and both parties agreed.

29-Is your country's/culture clothing optional or mandatory? Optional, people may wear clothing as they wish, but some jobs require the citizen to be clothed.

30-Do you have obscenity laws? If so - how would you define "obscene". – Almost none existent.

31-What system do you have for taxes? The people don’t have the money, their work provides them with housing, food credits (used like money to purchase food, how ever isn’t real money and is only good for getting food, like food stamps.), and recreational devices are easily obtained through special ‘shops’ that hand them out.

31aSales tax? None existent.

31bImport/Export tax? No Import Tax, Goods being sent to other nations have a 30% export tax.

32-What is the criterion for someone to pass to become a citizen? Must take a test, must go through a probationary two months of being in the society to make sure they can actually exist with in such a world, and must give up previous nationality completely. They’re not Polish or African or Native American anymore, the moment they become an Aquairian Citizen, their heritage means nothing here and has no real place in everyday life.

33-What types of people do you allow (or not allow) into your country? Aquairian is home to multiple species, so to deny someone for such trivial matters as being a different colored human/creature or different heritage means nothing to getting in.

34-What type of government are you? None classified (Or still being classified, it’s an experimental government in comparison to other nations in history or still in existent.)

35-To what degree is your government allowed to censor or restrict the media? Fully, but the people fought to be censored. (Seriously, they quickly grew tired of idiots on the radios or TVs ranting about things no one cared about or just talking out of their @$$)

36-Aside from laws - what sort of unofficial (and unenforced) cultural rules and traditions do you have? The coveting of an item over an individual is seen by most as worse then killing someone. The people often deliver justice to individuals practicing racism, usually in the form of excommunication.
98% of all Internet users would cry if Facebook broke down. If you are part of that 2% who would sit back and laugh, copy and paste this into your sig.

34-What type of government are you? Social Democracy

35-To what degree is your government allowed to censor or restrict the media? very little, as we tend to be quite tough civil libertarians here.

36-Aside from laws - what sort of unofficial (and unenforced) cultural rules and traditions do you have? For example – typical German culture and mores, but with even more liberal attitudes about sex and drugs than can be found in Germany itself. We pride ourselves on our open minds and socialist leanings. A strong environment movement discourages certain ecologically unsound practices. We have hostels, encourage hiking and other forms of exercise, and foster the arts and sciences to the utmost. After all, we are Germans.

1-What is the legal drinking age?
A person must be 16 to purchase.
There are no age restrictions on consumption or possession.

2-Driving age? 14.
Cennazluga has recently instituted a graduated license program which spans 24 months. Persons can begin taking courses/tests at age 14. As a person passes both a written and practical test they become eligible for a learner's permit. Learners may only drive during daylight hours, and must have an experienced driver (at least 4 years) in the car at all times. After 8 months with no violations, drivers are eligible for upgrade to a provisional permit. Drivers may now drive at night but must still be accompanied by an experienced driver. Following another successful 8 month period, drivers may obtain a provisional license. This allows driving at any time without supervision, but, any major violation or accidents caused will automatically reinstate another 8 months under a provisional permit. Upon reaching the end of the 24 month program with no accidents or violations, drivers will be awarded a full unlimited license.

3-Age of sexual consent? 12.
If under 14, the age disparity must be less than or equal to 4 years.

4-Voting age? 16.
For national elections:
Per voter, a test (written or oral, voter choice) to assess appropriate/adequate knowledge of current candidates and issues is administered and submitted along with the ballot at the time of vote casting. Tests scores are categorized by a percentile scale. Only voters who score in the 45th percentile or above (meaning the top 55%) shall have their ballots counted. The tests can have a maximum of 8 questions and are created by a 9 member mixed political committee chosen by the Citizens Assembly (the lower house of our parliament).

For administrative zone or local precinct elections there is no test.

5-At what age would someone become an adult (free from parental control)?
16. Persons can be legally emancipated at 14.

6-What types of recreational drugs (if any) are legal? All are legal. Most are regulated; some are taxed.
pot - Quality regulated with potency ratings. Graduated tax rates applied commensurate with potency rating. Small crops are allowed for personal use and are not regulated. But any involvement in the market (supplying or selling) requires a license and is subject to taxation.

tobacco - Quality controlled and regulated. Only organically grown and certified tobacco is allowed to be sold in any form. Taxed, with all revenue earmarked for support of national public health care.

cocaine - It is legal to possess of small amounts (an 8-ball or less) in public for personal use. Persons may carry more with a legal medical prescription. It is illegal to sell without a medical or pharmacy license. Cocaine is available for use by medical professionals as an anesthetic. It can also be found as an ingredient in some prescription diet medications.

alcohol - Local sale and production not taxed. There is a very small export tax. Imported beers and liquors are taxed. Establishments can only serve a maximum of 11 drinks to any one patron, and are restricted from serving an already, and clearly, inebriated customer. Though this statute goes largely ignored in practice.

LSD - Small dosages are common in several over the counter headache medications.

caffeine - The legal limit of the amount that can be added to any product sold to the public is 300 milligrams per serving.

heroin - Legal only by prescription from medical professionals. Used as treatment for extreme pain or fever in trauma victims and for the palliative care of some terminally ill patients. Also administered through controlled out-patient maintenance care for heroin addicts in conjunction with needle and syringe exchange programs. These programs confidentially supply sterile needles and other quality controlled paraphernalia to users in order to reduce health risks and high future costs to the national health system as a result of blood-borne diseases and/or psychological damage. According to a recent study from the Cennat University of Medicine the current estimate of users/addicts within the nation at large is only 0.00003% of the population.

other - cabaang: coral lime powder, buiabij ('booyah' nuts), duco bun (mustard stick)
At township markets there are lots of people selling buiabij. Buiabij come from a coastal palm tree, are chewed with the duco bun and crushed coral powder to create a mouthful of brilliant red pasty spittle and a small high. Afterward it is often spat into bottles, cans or onto the ground. It has strong cultural meaning here and is used socially and in tribal ceremonies. However it is caustic and has been shown to cause mouth cancer. Cabaang is chewed primarily by rural people but has seen a recent gain in popularity with 'hip' underground urban youth culture.

7-Can people have guns?
Civilians may possess spear guns (for fishing) and small gauge hunting rifles. Harpoon cannons must be registered along with the vessel to which they are attached. A commercial, military, or other governmental license is required to own more than one harpoon cannon. Law enforcement officers are permitted a handgun and may also be authorised to use rifles during appropriate situations. Our nation projects a generally neutral international policy, but maintains a small, adequately equipped navy for defense. We also maintain an armory stocked with up to date weapons for international defense needs to be utilised by a trained volunteer force. These weapons are owned by the government and are only used under direct authorisation by trained and qualified military officers.

8-What is the official full name of your country? What is the informal name? What are people of your nation called?
  • Official name: in Lujaan - Cennatlujas Cunfederat Riijini | in English - Confederate Regency of Cennazluga[/tab]
  • Informal name: Cennazluga
  • Demonyms: Cennat, Cennatlujan/Cennazlugan, Cennazine. There are also three native tribes: the Canacet, Tangat, and Lojau people.

9-Do you have the death penalty? No.

10-What is the speed limit?
It depends on the road.
There are only 6 government maintained primary roadways in Cennazluga. Privately owned, gas powered, non emergency, non commercial, civilian land vehicles capable of going faster than 70 kmh are only permitted on 3 of the islands in the Cennatlujan archipelago. On major paved routes the highest posted speed limit on any one stretch of pavement is 110 kph. There is most always a posted minimum speed which is 20 kph less than the posted limit. If there is no posted limit it is assumed to be 88 kph. On secondary and township roads it is usually possible to go only as fast as the locals and/or livestock ahead.

11-What types of religions are permitted or restricted?
There are no restrictions on religious belief. The majority of our population is agnostic and/or atheist. Within our nation there are followers of multitheistic deism, members of several cargo cults, and observers of traditional native tribal rituals.

Which of the following are legal?
12-Porn - Legal. All depictions of participants must adhere to sexual age consent laws. Pubic hair is also compulsory. Images in all forms of media must present plainly some visible form of pubic hair on each performer. It may be trimmed, shaped, dyed or otherwise modified, but it may not be completely waxed or shaven. However, this only applies to actual persons, not animations or comics/manga style porn materials.

13-Prostitution - Legal, regulated for health of workers/public. There is a strict no "pimps" policy. Only licensed escort catalogs and listing agencies are allowed to operate within the jurisdiction of Cennazluga. Workers must register with an agency for regular filing of health records and to maintain a semi-public listing with contact information for clients. Individual workers can choose to publish contact information in specialty phone books available at local sex shops/bookstores, through mail order from listing agencies, and at some hotels. Workers must pay an annual registration fee for a work permit and report income for tax purposes. Some services which agencies deem riskier to worker health are taxable to the client as "luxuries" under the current tax code.

14-Polygamy|Polyandry|Polyamory - Legal. see #26: Gay marriage.

15-Homosexuality - Sexuality is only mentioned within our nation's non-discrimination laws.

16-Stem cell research - Legal. There are very few moral or even ethical boundaries to scientific pursuits in Cennazluga.

17-Human Cloning - Legal, for research only. Highly regulated. All clones must be aborted after two weeks of embryo-genesis.

18-Cock Fighting? Between men and/or boys yes, roosters no.

19-Slavery? Credit cards are legal. Bondage and servitude are permissible under legal contracts between consenting parties.

20-Hunting?
There are no large species of wild game animals on the islands of Cennazluga. Recently there has been a rising population of feral pigs on the big island as a result of accidental releases of livestock. It is entirely legal and encouraged to hunt and kill these pigs for the good of fragile island ecosystems. The Cennatlujan islands are home to, or are the breeding grounds of, several species of pelagic birds. Most of these are protected, but each season the numbers of a few species are estimated and small scale hunting for culling purposes is allowed. In the seas surrounding the Cennat archipelago creatures like the dugong, sea lion, and several kinds of sharks are the largest species traditionally hunted by native tribes. Dwindling numbers of these animals has forced the government to ban large scale civilian and commercial hunting of these sea dwellers. Only registered members of native tribes may continue to hunt and use these animals in traditional manners. Tribes are under strict licenses and allowable kill numbers are extremely limited.

21-Fishing? Legal. Regulated. The fishing industry is a major source of economy for the islands. Mandatory fines and/or suspension of commercial licenses for overfishing and other unsustainable practices. Some endangered species are illegal to catch. There are limits on certain species catch numbers for individuals without commercial fishing licenses.

22-Eating meat? There are no laws for or against it. Meats in the food supply chain are regulated for quality. Imported meats and meat products are held to much stricter quality controls than local sources. Only top grade meats and derived products may be sold to the public.

23-Littering? Illegal. Heavy fines are assessed and/or jail time awarded for substantial beach/coastline litter. There are penalties of oppressive fines and automatic incarceration for littering and/or dumping in ocean waters under the jurisdiction of Cennazluga.

24-Unisex bathrooms? All stores, restaurants, offices, government buildings must supply a certain number of toilets according to size of the building structure and rated capacity limit. If only one bathroom (i.e. one toilet and sink) is required, then it must be unisex. All businesses are required to have at least one unisex toilet for employee use. Government buildings are required to have at least two, one for employees and one for the public. As there is a high level of acceptance and support for the full spectrum of gender/sexual expression by the people of Cennazluga, there are generally no issues with regard to who walks through which door of larger scale public restrooms.

25-Suicide? Successful attempts at suicide are not punishable. Unsuccessful attempts at suicide are not punishable but are rewarded with a mandatory counseling session (including tips on how to be more successful...in life) as part of immediate medical care following an unsuccessful attempt. Doctor assisted suicide is available to terminally ill patients after required counseling with the patient and family or whoever has power of attorney and/or is the executor of the patient's will.

26-Gay marriage? Legal. Marriages in Cennazluga are not explicitly regulated by government. Any two (or more) consenting adults of any sex or gender can enter into privately drawn civil contracts. That contract is then registered with a local magistrate for tax and citizenship purposes. Issues related to divorce are handled in the lower civil/family courts within the national judicial system and rulings typically follow traditional contract law.

27-Abortion - Legal. Up to 22 weeks, no questions asked. After 22 weeks, only for physical/psychological health of the woman, risk of imminent fatality of a future child from congenital disorders, or to reduce risks and complications due to multiple pregnancy.

28-What types of sexual activity (if any) are illegal?
Anything between consenting parties of age is legal. It is recommended by health and safety officials that certain "hardcore" activities, such as sex play involving asphyxiation, blood, or solid excrement, should only be performed after proper precautions so as not to result in any medical liabilities or murder investigations -- it's hard to prove consent when your hooded partner is limp, hanging from the ceiling, and bleeding through shit smeared flesh wounds.

29-Is your country's/culture clothing optional or mandatory?
Generally the culture encourages clothing appropriate for a tropical island climate. Many native islanders wear traditional or traditionally inspired tribal clothing. There are no laws or statutes governing clothing choices by the public. Simple nudity is not illegal. Also most, if not all, beaches around the islands are clothing optional. On a few well known beaches and coves nudity is practically enforced by the beach culture. Along more secluded patches of coastline those who enjoy more salacious activities can be found wearing only grass stains and/or sand burns.

30-Do you have obscenity laws? If so - how would you define "obscene"?
There are laws against extreme public lewdness or non consensual sexual advances. Also extreme zealotry or fanaticism of any kind is regarded by Cennatlujans as obscene. Intentional hate speech and inciting riot are prosecutable offenses. Blatantly antagonistic and/or malicious fallacy in public or published speech is also punishable by law. Protest and dissent are encouraged, lies and obstruction of meaningful discourse are not.

31-What system do you have for taxes?
Cennats enjoy a flat tax rate of 9%. It is an asset (or property) tax. There isn't an income tax per se. A small percentage of yearly wages is collected for the national health system.
  1. Sales tax? Some products and services are taxed, but only to offset any determined effects on the population caused by those products. For example, tobacco products are taxed to help pay for the future medical problems associated with long term use. Sex work is taxed to help offset the costs of routine health screens.
  2. Import/Export tax? There are high import tariffs on alcohol and gasoline powered vehicles, and an export tax on some precious metals (like niobium) to discourage over-mining and some unsustainable environmental practices, and to gain revenue from the international sales.

32-What is the criterion for someone to pass to become a citizen?
Citizenship is granted upon birth to anyone born within the jurisdiction of Cennazluga. Also, persons born beyond our nation's jurisdiction may claim citizenship if both parents are legal citizens, and thus may hold a dual citizenship with another national entity. All other persons wishing to gain Cennatlujan citizenship must meet the following requirements: residency within the nation for a minimum of two (2) years; renunciation of any previous citizenship(s); demonstration of a minimum working knowledge of the Lujaan language through a written and oral test; demonstration of knowledge about how the Cennazlugan government works through an oral test; demonstration of sex through an oral test; payment of an application and processing fee of ε92 (92.00 eires).

33-What types of people do you allow (or not allow) into your country?
Anyone is welcome here. But the government reserves the right to deport any non citizen convicted of breaking our laws. We are also not generally in the habit of extraditing persons to nations in which they are wanted. At this time, the government cannot confirm or deny how many, or if any, international criminals may or may not be residing within our jurisdiction.

34-What type of government are you?
We are a constitutional monarchy with a bicameral parliament and a judicial system consisting of several tiers. The mode of governance and legislative philosophy in Cennazluga could be described as democratic socialism.

35-To what degree is your government allowed to censor or restrict the media?
Our constitution affords the right of a free press, but with some restrictions concerning libel and/or slander. The High Court has held that, in order to recover damages, a public person (such as a celebrity or politician) who alleges libel/slander, by any form of media, has to prove that the statement was made with actual malice--with the knowledge that it was false or with reckless disregard of whether it was false or not. The High Court has also held that a private person cannot be allowed to recover damages for libel/slander against a media defendant without a showing of fault (such as negligence) on the defendant's part.
