All the furniture you see, just probably in different places since the students have a tendency to drag them around as they desire. The TV shows Earth channels but if you want to play videogames you need to bring your own console. The boxes with the 'V's on them are vending machines. Also, the basketball hoop by the stairwell is something Scott put up last summer, so it's only in the Vigilante Common Room and none of the others.

Probably not really any need to keep track of it, although you'll need to pick your characters' roommates (must be same sex and alignment) upon arriving at the station.

In the past threads, all the students had keycards which accessed their rooms and the lift. A student keycard would get you into any of the dorm levels, regardless of which house you're in, and all the dorms are accessible via the stairwell anyway. The keycard will also get you into the station proper, and...
