Alignment: Hero(ish) He tries to do the right thing, but isn't above getting down and dirty to do so. Murdering a crack dealer? No problem. Helping an innocent lady cross the street? Sure, why not.
Brief Bio: Silva was born sixteen years before the vampire crisis. His father was a United States Marine, and his mother was a Shrink (Psychiatrist) with the Marines. He had a relatively normal childhood, until he discovered his powers. He then had to hide them from his parents, his friends, and even his girlfriend. During the crisis, he fought against the Vampires, but mostly just tried to keep his family safe. Unfortunately, his father was killed while fighting, and his mother was killed while tending the wounded. Both were killed in the same day. Silva went a bit insane after that, and went on a killing spree. During which, by unconfirmed reports, he slaughtered thirty vampires. Now that the crisis is over, he just wants a safe place to stay, and to get better control over his powers.

I'd imagine being a wizards and having spells for pretty much anything would probably violate the two power rule. On the other hand, if we already have superpowers then why do you need magic as a justification for your abilities?

Abilities: Superhuman agility, endurance, and (to a lesser degree) strength. Enhanced healing ability. (Pretty straight forward. Nothing flashy or complex).

Brief Bio: Tara King is a mild mannered Conian girl, with an average middle-class family, who went to an average middle-class school, and did things expected of an average middle-class girl. Tara's powers began to manifest by the time she entered highschool, so slowly that it took her until her second year to be 100% sure that there was something different about her (She broke an ankle in the first round of a provincial gymnastics meet, which proceeded to fully heal in under a minute). As a result of her powers, she excelled at her sport of choice, gymnastics (as well as stick fighting, which her parents insisted she take for self-defence), though she stopped entering ranked competitions after she was sure that she had powers (she felt it gave her an unfair advantage, and abhors cheating). She is still unsure as to the full extent of her abilities, which is one of the reasons she decided to attend SHH.

Brief Bio: Sam was found in an alley in Birmingham, heavily injured, at the age of 13 by a lost group of partygoers. He was taken to hospital and miraculously managed to recover. However he remembered nothing of his previous life, even his first name was given to him by one of the nurses. The doctors put this down to minor brain damage and he was released into an orphanage. It was after he'd spent a couple of years there when people started to note odd things about him; he had the physical ability of an olympic athlete, but only at night and, more disturbingly, he seemed to talk to, and even worship, the moon. The orphanage, worried for his safety, and more than a little disturbed, sent him to Super Hero High.

I'd imagine being a wizards and having spells for pretty much anything would probably violate the two power rule. On the other hand, if we already have superpowers then why do you need magic as a justification for your abilities?

Well, I wasn't going for Dr. Strange/Dr. Orpheus magic (example from Venture Bros: "You that is tall, go to the small! By the intimate whispers of Balgrave, SHRIIIIIIIIIINK!"). Rather, something like Syntactic Magic. For those unfamiliar with GURPS, this means that magic spells are uttered in a magical language, but, it is not an incantation (Wingardium Leviosa!), but an actual sentence or statement. While there are many tried and true spells (Fireball, Magic Missile, the like...), spellcasters who are feeling brave, hubristic or a bit tipsy can attempt to freeform magic. Depending on the skill (and the luck) of the caster, they can either successfully cast a modified spell or an entirely new one, or end up sprawled on the ground, bleeding, and sometimes worse if they try to freely invoke much more powerful energies.

However, practitioners of this magical art require a bit of time and energy to preform spells. Firstly, a quick breath for the user to focus and gather his mind, and time to precisely, clearly and audibly pronounce the spell. Without proper focus, or with a mistake made in speaking, the spell will fail. Also, magic is mentally and physically draining on the caster. The caster has no limit to spells, except that of physical and mental endurance. Spells can vary on their drain on the caster, from a lapse in short-term memory, to a headache, to utter exhaustion, up to falling unconscious, and all states in between. Generally, the greater skilled the caster, the lesser the effects of the spell. Any spellcaster is capable of casting any spell, if they are willing to accept the consequences for casting something truly out of their league.

What separates a normal person from a spellcaster, though? It is not an inborn ability, but one that requires training and education in it's esoteric forms and arts. Anyone can cast spells, granted they are capable of correctly pronouncing the language of magic, which is easier said then done (pun not intended), and are able to withstand the spell's drain.

Brief Bio:Born in the city of Milwaukee,Teresa never know her father leaving her to be raised by her single mother in the gang ridden south side. Despite this her life was happy until her mother was killed in a gangland shooting on the way back home from a local grocery store when she was two. In response to this she was put in a foster home,where her inability to conform to social norms was noticed. This led to many failed relationships with other people causing Teresa to become more and more secluded from the other children during her period in the foster home.
Teresa's powers manifested at the age of nine,where she quickly used them to forge artificial friendships with kids in her school.This use of her powers continued until recently when she discovered a new use,the creation of a army to take over the world. To do this however she need a way to amplify her powers,so she let herself be sent to Super Hero High in hopes of finding a mind great enough to make such a machine.

Abilities:
Invisibility- Is virtually impossible to detect, even with thermal sensors, the only way to tell if he's there is to throw sand or water and see it it lands or hits something.
'Ghost'- I don't know what to really call it. He loosens the bonds of his atoms and can 'drift' 'float' or whatever you'd like to call it through any object of matter. It also render bullets useless against him while he's in 'ghost mode', however, energy weapons can scatter his atoms and cause him to spend time pulling himself back together. He also has to ensure that he's fully connected before sealing his atoms back together, as he could lose something as crucial as a bit of brain.
Alignment: Villain- he's the perfect thief.
Brief Bio: Grew up largely on the streets- utilizing his unique abilities to pull off some of the greatest robberies of banks in history, and leaving law enforcement stumped. Baker's spree of crime started at age twelve, when his powers first developed. At first he simply grabbed cookies from his adoptive grandmother's cookie jar, but he soon moved onto larger targets. The young thief largely used the money to buy things from local gangs, as he knew it would be impossible to use the actual money in a store without getting caught. Eventually he figured out that he could use gift guards to use the money, typically buying hundred-dollar gift cards to various stores and spending lightly, ensuring he didn't draw attention. Baker also has taken jobs from various gangs and even the local mafia. One job was an assasination, which left the 16-year-old invisible kid slightly traumatized- but he managed to shake it off and desensitize himself to violence. He still takes wacking jobs less-often then robberies, typically looking over the job and checking to see if the target is a 'bad person' in order to justify the kill. He walks the line between Vigilante and Villain quite often- when hit with a stone he'll fall on either side.
